Large computer and writing desk
My son in law, who is a carpenter, put this together and said it was extremely hard to do because the materials are not good. It looks good now it is complete, but one of the drawers doesnβt fit snuggly.

Great desk, and great service
I only review if I've seen something either well below or well above what's expected in a product or in a company. In this case I'm glad to say I've experienced above what was expected, both in the product and in the service. The desk is everything I'd hoped for, it's solid, spacious, and has transformed my home working/PC gaming room.I've got a very involved and complicated PC setup, with my work laptop & docking station, KVM switch, two monitors, headphone amp and stereo receiver, as well as my VR requirements. In total, I've got 15 USB devices, 3 USB hubs and cables galore. Although the desk has no inbuilt cable management, with the aid of some self-adhesive trunking, I've managed to contain all of the cables out of sight and the result is a super-clean, super stylish workstation. When the cupboard door is omitted, it fits my case (NZXT s340 Elite) perfectly. If it was just for work, no further action would be required, but as I use this for gaming and VR, there was a heat consideration, so I modded the container on the left with an AC infinity S9 triple fan unit extracting the hot air, and the result is a really cool location for my PC.I did unfortunately experience an issue with the keyboard tray, which attaches to the underside of the desktop via a pre-drilled, pre fixed threaded fitting. The left-hand side fitting came loose, resulting in a keyboard tray which was only secured by three of the four fittings. I contacted support, expecting at best to receive a makeshift solution to secure the tray, but instead they just sent a whole new desktop. Fantastic service and the result is a very happy customer. The drawers are solid and I've adapted the large bottom drawer to house my stereo receiver. With the aid of a couple of drilled holes this means that equipment that I had on shelves and on the top of my previous desk is now totally concealed, and I've been able to secure all of the cables out of sight behind the unit. My wife is delighted with the change in this room, it looks so much tidier! The desk does take a while to put together, but it's very easy to follow the instructions, and unlike other flat-pack designs, there were no 'Oh no' moments where you realise one piece was the wrong way around and you'll have to pull the thing apart and start again.I can only recommend this desk due to the quality of the product itself, but also due to the quick and efficient support who were able to completely sort out the problem I came across.

Very, very good quality.
Right from the off, it's good news.It was well packed and every single thing in the boxes, it comes in two, was numbered and labelled. Even in the big bag of metal things, each one was in an individually labelled wee bag with a unique sticker on it. Brilliant start.Building it was easy enough, with just a couple of niggles.First, the screws used are not compatable with a standard Phillips cross head screw driver, meaning I couldn't use my electric screwdriver. Nor could I use my big comfy handled one. Nope. Instead I had to use the prepacked small, hard handled one. Which gave me blisters and took much longer. Why not use standard screws or include a screwdriver bit?Secondly, the instructions are clear enough, apart from a couple of occasions when identical symmetrical parts are mirrored. This is pretty confusing, but not insurmountable.Once built, in about three hours, it looked brilliant. Sturdy. Sleek. Solid. And oaky. The worktop is huge and comfortable. The cupboard fits a printer easily, or maybe a really small desk top CPU.Not mine though. Mine has to sit on the floor beside it. Why not make it big enough to house all PC CPUs?The drawers are lovely, neat and plenty for all your nik naks.I teamed it with a monitor riser as its a bit low and uncomfortable otherwise.Overall, it's brilliant. It looks great, it feels chunky and solid and it performs fine as a PC desk, or just an office desk.Totally recommended.

Very pleased
Although I had some issues with the delivery by DPD via Amazon I contacted the supplier by telephone and the problem was soon sorted, the supplier could not have been more helpful, very professional. For me at 70 the desk was quite easy to build although took a few hours but am pleased with the quality and it looks good, good value for money.Would recommend.
