Apart from the gorgeous smell, this stuff turns the frizz into curls.I have awful frizzy hair and can't put a hair comb near my hair as it makes the frizz so much worse.I wash my hair every other day, so on the day's I don't, my hair is a mess first thing. Yesterday was the first day I tried using a comb, (having washed and used this stuff the day before) miraculously no frizz. It didn't have the same curliness as the day before, but it was still manageable and looked fine.You get a huge bottle of this stuff. I have collar length hair, and only needed about 3 teaspoons of it, so I'll work out to be very economical.Previously I've used just about everything on the market for frizzy hair, and this is definitely the best product so far. I'm 60 so have used a lot of different things. Also I have European hair, so not sure how it would be on Afro hair.

I use this product on my hair every other day. I have a wave nouveau perm and this lotion just works with my hair type regardless. I have previously had a curly perm, i used it then, and then a Leisure Curl and used this Sof & Free lotion then too! It's by far, one of the best hair lotion products that I have used and will continue to use!

I have been using this for years, but have never bought it online until now. Good value for money.

I was so sceptical to buy this as I thought it could be dodgy but I was soooo wrong! Firstly, this smells incredible! I use more than people say in the reviews and I use it every morning to refresh my curls. I've always envied people with defined, individual curls as mine naturally turns to a big frizz-ball. When I apply this it perfectly defines each curl and give a gorgeous curl. It does make the curls 'crusty' but I don't mind as they look great! As I said, I add more product to my hair every morning just to fix the curls that became frizzy overnight. My hair is quite thick, especially when curled, so I use about a 50p's worth per half of my hair then 20p each morning per half. I would say it depends on the thickness of the hair but trial and error to see how much works for your hair. My hair is nowhere near an afro and this works so nicely! I have previously always straightened my hair but I hated all the split ends so I wanted to leave my hair naturally. I've always hated going out with my natural hair as it can often become ugly but with this I love going out with my hair and I get so many compliments! I do use this alongside pantene mousse and as a combination I think they work so well! So if you are not sure how to treat your hair, I would definitely try using these two! And don't be afraid to be generous with the products, just learn as you go!

I bought this cream for my girl , she has kinky Afro and her hair tangled a lot . This product makes it easy to brush her hair and makes it soft and also moisturise it and doesn’t make it greasy . I would buy it again .

It works fine but a bit more heavy than what I’m used to. Personally I do not like the smell very much but I know others do! Personal taste.It is very satisfactory, but not my favourite.
