What may not be immediately obvious is that for these to work you must squeeze the handle before making contact with your lens. Then let go once you've made contact to create a gentle suction. If you don't do this then they dont work at all.

Don't waste your money on these. They sound great but simply are useless. They fail to remove or to replace lenses for anybody with only two hands. One hand holds your eye open the other weilds this instrument of torture. Eyes are small and hands are not! As is the case for so many I cannot remove my silicon hydrogel lenses. Find another solution. Also, these items would be worth far less than they are charging even if the did work. A bit of a scam really.

I am new to wearing soft contact lenses and thought these suction cups would help remove them more easily. The product pack did not contain any instructions on ‘safe’ usage. The first attempt the suction was so strong I was in danger of pulling my eye out along with the lens. It was quite frightening and I haven’t dared to use it since.

Even though i have one contact lens i struggled to insert it, sometimes i couldn't insert it at all so i went without for the day because my eye got sore. After reading the reviews about this item i decided to give it a go, and what a difference it has made inserting the lens, so easy and much better. Don't need to use the suction item as i have no trouble removing the lens, highly recommend.

Was a bit dubious reading the bad reviews but decided to buy these anyway. They were perfect for removing my hard lenses. The suction power is so-so you really need to squeeze the handle for it to stick but it made removing my lenses so much more easier in the morning.Recommend for hard lens users!

They have absolutely nothing worthy of buying.I’ve attempted to use them multiple times, and they won’t even budge my contacts. They do have suction on other parts of the eye, but absolutely nothing on the contacts.Save your money, it’s definitely not a worthy purchase. I’m sure you could find a better item elsewhere.

It did not work for me. I wish I had taken the advice of all the reviews that said the same. It would not lift the lens at all but I felt my actual eye move and when I felt this, did not like it. I do not have a problem putting lenses in, just taking them out, as they are quite dry. I tried it twice but the same thing happened with my eye moving. Will not try it again as I was scared by sensation of eye moving!!!Would not recommend this to anyone.

These contact lens inserter/removers work excellently for removing lenses but are bit fiddly when inserting lenses.I think inserting them is a work in practice and the more attempts made, the easier it will become.Good product all the same.
