I’ve been using this yoga mat for a few years now, and it’s been a great asset to my fitness.Straight away I noticed the thickness which provides enough cushioning for my knees and joints without feeling too soft or unstable during yoga and stretching. The surface texture offers good grip, even when my feet are a bit sweaty. 😄 Its also quite stretchy and durable, which stops it from ripping easily.It’s reasonably easy to roll up, but quite thick so you need a decent amount of space to store it. Living in a small flat, I struggle with this but most people wouldn’t. The item didn’t come with a carry strap so transportation is a bit tricky but not too bad. The material feels durable and didnt have that overpowering chemical smell you sometimes get with new mats.Overall, it’s a fantastic mat that supports my practice, whether I’m doing yoga, stretching or more active exercises flows. Good value for money, as it has lasted a while. The only drawback is its size and transportation capability, but these are minor.

I bought this product in order to take up daily yoga exercises to help with pain arising from hyper-mobile joints. The material is a great thickness providing the right amount of resistance vs. softness for exercising safely. This is evidenced by the slight imprints left on the mat by your hands/feet which spring back nicely. I love the pattern and that a strap is included for easy transportation and was very pleased it is long enough for me (I am 5'11 with long legs!). There's a bit of a foam-y smell at first but it airs out quickly so this didn't bother me at all (you could easily wipe with water+lemon juice or any other cleaner for a quick fix if you are smell-sensitive). The material is easy to wipe clean after a sweaty session! For one of the cheaper yoga mats out there, this is really good value for money.I was pleased with how quickly the product arrived & with no issues. Had sought out slip resistant exercise mats for my hardwood flooring, had hoped this would be decent but it slid all over the place during low impact workouts. It's thick, comfortable under the feet, but that also can be an issue for balance. I'd say perfect size for yoga and floor work, but wouldn't recommend for any form of cardio/aerobics

I did some yoga at a club with a cold floor. Everyone else's mats were thin and they all got cold feet. Mine were toasty.The carrier strap is a bit rubbish as it's all elastic so the weight of the mat pulls the elastic to leave a gap and falls through. It should be velcrow. But the mat itself is really good

I needed this to put on my bed to exercise post hip surgery. Perfect. Cheerful in red, well finished, very light, warm feel and just grippy enough. Great little mat.
