Seats are lumpy and not very comfortable. The recliner is either sitting up with feet on the floor or completely laid down. There is no happy medium where you can have your feet up and still have back support without laying down. Thank God I kept my foot stool.

As a short person, it's often difficult for me to find furniture that fits. This chair fits me so nicely! And the heat and massage features are wonderful. It looks so beautiful, is so comfy for me, and so nicely priced, that I bought a second one. Very happy with my purchases, so far.

The media could not be loaded.  I really like straight back chairs this really fit our need , would definitely purchase again.

It was very easy to assemble, it took me hardly 10-15 minutes. It is very firm and support my back and the massage works so good that I love this. I like the fabric too but for some one who may prefer it to be more soft and smooth so should try the leather than the fabric. The recliner is also very comfortable.
