A very poor product. I bought this assuming it would be the same as one I had previously purchased so I didnt examine the product photos in any detail. The hooks are tiny and thin. This limits the products versatility for hooking on to stuff. Most importantly the anchor is tiny in comparison to my previous one. This is very important, again for latching it onto doors. Also it doesn't fill you with confidence because if the tiny anchor does get through a gap you will get smacked in the face with a great force.I have added pics of my old one vs this product. Very disappointed.

These bands were exactly what me and my wife were looking for!With a restricted amount of time on our hands with kids needing sorting these band give the opportunity to do a range of exercise in the home when time for fitness is limited.Comes with a variety of resistance levels suitable for me and my wife long with sturdy feeling handles giving you the confidence to go for it properly without fear!All topped off with a great storage bag to keep the bands tidied away when not in use

Found this to be a great buy. The bands come in five different resistances to allow for a greater range of exercises you can do.For the Arnold Schwarzenegger's out there, you can easily pair the bands up to increase the resistance.The door frame strap is very handy. This can go above or below your door which you then close. A small ball inside the strap stops the equipment recoiling to hit you in the face or crotch whilst exercising. Always a bonus I've found!

Very good quality.Best part of this is the door accessory.You can fix to the top of the door or anywhere down the sides. Meaning you can position it at different heights, which means you can cover a range of different excersises and hit different muscles..

Love these. They are surprisingly light, that is the whole thing is light, and come in a handy pouch. They also come with instructions and ideas for use, plus there are workouts on You Tube. If they last I will be delighted with them.

These were great until the plastic attaching strap to handle snapped. Fortunately I was pulling up with the band under my foot but if I had been using it over something this could have been really dangerous. Very disappointed.

Both the main grip and one of the bands snapped whilst using, I received the product not later than 30 minutes ago. I can imagine this product may cause a few injuries to those wanting to do a simple workout. This was on rather a light weight, 20lbs. I'd be stunned if this could hold 100lbs like advertised.I would use only free-standing, never on a door or other apparatus as this product is clearly not designed well. Even then, I personally would look for another product slightly more expensive as this is just a waste of money.

An excellent product. I highly recommend this for anyone who lacks space to exercise or just wants to keep fit.
