If you enjoy eggs, this pan is a must have. It is nonstick and allows you to cook a Japanese omelet easily. From everything you need to start to cook in an amazing omelet, that is layered. This pan comes with everything that you need to start. It's small, convenient and allows you to cook an omelette. Perfect for parties as well as breakfast.

Works great out of the box!
I have been looking at this for a while and finally pulled the trigger on it, and glad I did.The quality of this pan is excellent and looks good. I was concerned that it wouldn't be large enough, but it is perfect size for a newbie to work with. There is a learning curve to making the omelettes, but satisfying when you get it down. It's non-stick quality it top notch. Nothing stuck and moving the omelettes slid with no difficulty, tho it makes flipping difficult at times. Again, a learning curve.Cleaning it was easy, nothing more than a paper towel was needed.

Whole family loves this pan!
Excellent product for the price, nonstick coating is in good shape and the silicone flipula is perfectly sized to reach the corners! The bevel at the end of the pan is ideal for stabilizing your rolled omelet, but also makes it super easy to move a sunny-side up to the plate if you aren’t feeling tubular.Have had this for several weeks and everything is holding up well with daily use and thru the dishwasher (except for the little plastic tray/spoon rest thingy… it cracked in half with second washing) and I would recommend this product. If you’ve never made a rolled omelet before, I learned you have to start rolling when it’s barely cooked/still runny on top or it will have burned by the time you get it rolled up and moved to the other end of the pan! Good luck!

Easy to use, helped me replicate my favorite dish at home
I had to replicate my favorite rolled omelet I got almost every morning at 7/11 in Tokyo. It tasted like maple syrup! Once I had the sweet Dashi recipe down, I broke down and bought this pan. I love it. It’s truly nonstick, and the spatula that comes with it is perfect and it makes the process easy. It’s easy to clean as well.I’m only concerned about the “wooden” handle. It has a rubberized coating, which I’m afraid will become sticky in a few years.

Works great
Works very well for omelets, small crepes, and small meal that you don’t need a large frying pan for. I do recommend that you don’t use this with highest heat settings so as not to damage the pan. I’ve not used this on a gas stove so I have no idea as to how it would do since I use a flat top electric stove. The pan seems to distribute heat fairly even and I have had no issues with burning omelets. I suspect at highest heat settings (above say 450 degrees Fahrenheit) on the stove that the pan would be damaged. Cleaning is a breeze with dish soap and warm water. The spatula that came with the pan works very well and I use it in other non-stick pans for hamburgers, pancakes, fried eggs, and other food items that require a larger flat spatula suffice. I can recommend the pan and spatula for cooking. I really like the pan.
