I use this with an N64 emulator on my mac (OpenEmu). It works really well, and feels and controls very much like the original in my opinion. Very impressive for this price actually - perfect for Mario 64, Goldeneye etc.I've also tried the the 8bitdo bluetooth N64 controller (glitchy, unusable), and the mayflash adaptor with the original N64 controllers (works, but is kinda fiddly to set up).Reason for 4 star rather than 5:The built quality is generally solid, but I've found that the d-pads on all these units (I bought four) aren't 100% - sometimes pressing "down" will register as "right", for instance. However, since the d-pad is virtually never used on N64 games, this is pretty much irrelevant for me. For example, if you're just using it for scrolling through weapons in Duke Nukem 64 it works fine, but I wouldn't use it for Tetris. Other than that, great controller.

The item is a slightly lighter replica of the original N64 controller. Build quality is great, feels like the real thing. Unfortunately I have had major issues with the control stick. One point of the 8 direction control stick barely registers, which I was able to overcome with software tweaks. After less than a weeks use however, pushing the stick right occasionally registers as a left turn. Very frustrating*The seller sent out a replacement which works much better. Still some slight issues but this is the best replica controller I have used

I have been using this controller for a couple of weeks so far. I have to say, it's been a lot of fun. I had an N64 back in the day, and using this in conjunction with Project 64 has really brought the memories back. It isn't perfect, the B button sticks very occasionally, and the plastic seems a little insubstantial, but it works very well. The analogue stick is sensitive and does all 8 directions well (Mario 64, Perfect Dark and Goldeneye are good tests of this), it was easy to set up in P64, and with Windows 10, no drivers are needed, so I didn't even have to get my kids to help me with it.

A little lighter than the original controller, and analogue stick needs fine tuning – but plug it into sixtyforce and it's perfect! N64 emulator delight.
