Very sturdy
Very sturdy to the point they were tough to cut with scissors. Had to get hubby to hold the tube so I could use two hands on the scissors.worked very well and did the job intended for. Would use these again and recommend. Easy to use.

Worked well and you cut to size
These worked well to hold up a large three their cake. It gave them a good base each time I added another layer. You can cut to size so I have many left to use again.I felt a good purchase for what I needed.

Sturdy and strong, able to cut with scissors.
Used for a fairly tall 3D cake which needed decent support. I haven't used any others by this company, but the are definitely plastic. They can be cut (with some force) with scissors. They survive dishwashing with no adverse effects. All in all they are great for their purpose.

Great value
I used these when making my sons 2nd birthday cake and they work well.They’re nice and sturdy but also nice and thin and don’t take up a lot of space in the cake.Perfect if you’re new to cake making like I am!

Perfect for requirements.
Exactly what you want for cake construction. Easy to trim to exact height but very sturdy. Stabalised three layers of cake and held up the battery powered lights, rise and glass cloch for this beauty and the beast cake.

Worked perfectly well
Easy to cut, sturdy but light. Kept my cake straight, and stopped the layers sliding - which was what I wanted them to do. I did not use them to support the weight of another cake.

Works beautifully
Used in a three wedding cake and works amazingly. Easy to trim to size with scissors and yet thick and sturdy. No chance of bending and 100% reliable. These are now my go-to dowels

Not to keen
Needed some dowels but dint have time to order where i userally would. Found these and was super happy and specially how cheap the price was. However..in the picture they are white, ones i got are transparant... and they only just feel slightly stronger than plastic straws, deffo not stiff like my useral ones.
