This is the one!
I unpacked it and waited about an hour for it to take its shape. Then I tried it on the couch and ended up sleeping for two hours…in the middle of the day!So I was excited to try it in bed. Slept the entire night without waking up!Now just completed my third nights sleep and slept through every time, no neck pain. It’s a dream! Amazing gift, the gift of sleep to anyone you love! Now if only they made nice cotton fitted pillowcases for them :)

Making a Difference
I bought for my husband who sleeps on his back and tosses and turns all night long complaining of back aches. He's been using this pillow for 5 nights now, and he is sleeping through the night without tossing and turning. His back feels considerably better.

On the fence
This isn't a pillow I would run out an buy right away if I just saw it. There are a lot of things to consider, especially the problems that individuals may have when seeking out cervical pillows.I have 3 degenerated discs in my neck that have given me everything from severe pain to mild chronic pain, which is what I generally deal with every day for the last 15yrs. At one point I had RF ablation and it helped in allowing me to build up the muscles surrounding the spine, but the problems will never get better.Through a decade of time, I have tried out so many pillows, especially in the last 5yrs when they seemed to be more innovative. What I've found is that it may or may not depend on the support of your bed in conjunction with how the pillow is shaped. Most of these pillows are designed for you to lay on your back and I'm not a very comfortable sleeper on my back, and with my outdated bed. This pillow is mildly surprising. I can lay on my side AND on my back and I'm pretty comfortable. If you pull it down as much as you can against your shoulders, you will experience the best position. Don't expect it to last, though. It's more of a temporary solution than a long term (overnight) one as it doesn't keep your form because as soon as you move just a little, it's not comfortable anymore. This is why I think what you lay on is equally important to making this pillow work for you. If the rest of your body is extremely comfortable, you'll be able to adjust this as I said from a back down position and pretty much stay there all night.Side sleeping is different. It's comfortable yet the sides may feel awkward on your cheeks or even your ears, which has always been a point of contention with cervical pillows. I think it's actually more comfortable to sleep on your back with this pillow, and I'm not really a fan of back sleeping. It's a definite improvement on alllll the pillows made to accommodate cervical issues and I really like it's unique design with one taller side to push down on your upper shoulders (since those tighten up when you deal with constant neck pain) and the other side that's smaller to use to get used to it.I'm on the fence about it because I find that I can't sleep for long periods of time with it. Maybe that's the nature of these types of pillows or maybe I need the correct surface (different, firmer bed) to begin getting used to it, but it's not something I reach for when I'm ready for a nice, long, deep sleep. If you have a very expensive bed - which I do not - I think this is better than the majority of cervical pillows I've tried and probably the best I've ever used.

Review: Cervical Memory Foam Pillow w/ Cover
I am so glad that a washable cover is included since this such a specialized pillow shape. The cover was cool and smooth against my skin. The foam is soft and springs back in to its original shape.I'm not sure this pillow shape is for me. I get it a try and couldn't find the right position for it. I currently prefer my U-shaped pillow for side sleeping, but I'll keep trying this one out.

Not my nightly choice, but great for when I need it!
I don't have CHRONIC neck, back, or shoulder pain. But the older I get, the more frequently I sleep wrong or cough or sneeze or maybe even just breathe wrong. But my neck will punish me for days where I won't have any range of motion and it just plain hurts. Lots of stretching and ibuprofen help but now this pillow does too. I've had it over two months now and don't sleep on it nightly but have had to bring it out for several days at a time already, more than once for neck and shoulder pain.IF I slept on my back, I would probably like it even more and would be inclined to sleep on it more regularly. But I sleep in every position BUT on my back. And I have always preferred down pillows, which may contribute to my aches and pains. For my back however, I prefer firmer foam toppers to down. So this isn't my choice for every night. When I'm hurting though, it's really nice to have.It fits my head nicely while offering soft support to my neck. It doesn't work for me on my side, but ideally, I like to slide my arm under my pillow when side sleeping. It's comfortable and relaxing while on my back though, for when I'm awake. I would highly recommend this for back sleepers though, looking for something soft and somewhat supportive for sleeping.

Takes time to get used to
This pillow takes some getting used to. I took a close up of the neck part cause it has bumps to massage your neck but at first they are awkward feeling. I also usually put a pillow under it cause it's not high enough for me, especially during allergy season. My husband tried it and hated it. So it's definitely a personal preference. And if you're a stomach sleeper, you basically have to move it to rollover.
