Gifted to my wife and she loved it other than the remote is cracked and broken. Will not work. Hope something can be done.

The crystal and lights are awesome. The only problem is the remote came broken. The remote does not change colors, turn on, or turn off. Can I get a new remote without shipping back the whole package?

Much more than what I expected

This is very solid and pretty with the light coming through. The remote only works pointing at the exact right spot. Otherwise it is as described.

Love the crystal glass globe lights up well but they crushed the remote shoving it into the box onto of the product!!!! This product showed up 2 days late then it was broken when I got it. The only way to send it back is threw a U.P.S drop station wich is no where close so no I'm not happy but I end up just taking it in the rear with no alternative. Like having Trudeau as prime minister you don't like it but the voting is rigged to the east.
