I just completed a road trip helping friends move from Las Vegas to Washington DC. Wanting to document the journey I got this to attach my DJI Osmo Mobile 7 and iPhone 16 to the windshield of the moving truck I was driving. I figured it would hold for a few hours so I would simply re-vacuum before each leg of the journey.WRONG!!I attached it on Tuesday afternoon in Las Vegas. I re-vacuumed on Wednesday afternoon when we were at 7,000 feet in the Rockies. And then I removed it from the windshield in Washington DC the next Monday. So it stayed attached for 5 full days through 2,500 miles with an iPhone 16 in its case, DJI Osmo Mobile 7 and a Wooden camera 8" extension.Best of all - it has a Nato rail fitting on the cup as well as several 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 tapped hole for attaching stuff.I ended up swinging the arm further to the left and keeping it clear of the dash - both to get the rearview mirror mount out of the shot and to reduce vibration on the gimbal/phone.I will definitely be getting a couple more of these so I can hold my big camera on the outside of the car.

Suction cup seems pretty dang strong from initial review. I was skeptical, since I shoot with a chunky Z8 mostly, and sometimes the Lumix S5iix you see pictured, neither of which are the smallest cams.SUCTION: This thing held the caged S5iix with 24-105 f/4 and PM VND upside down from my sunroof for over 100 miles from Austin to San Antonio and didn't budge once, even when reaching back to hit record or change settings. I also stuck it to the passenger side window and passenger rear window for about 20 miles each, never fell off, didn't seem to budge at all. You can grab the arm and try to flex it off, but all I could see was the window flexing, seemed strong, maybe possible to break the window if you tried hard enough. Pump it to the red indicator on the button, shake it, and you'll feel it immediately. Keep the edges of the cup clean and stored facing up so they aren't resting against anything and the cup should last awhile.ARTICULATING ARM: So far, the articulating arm is fantastic. It hasn't show to have any sag, and seems to be one of the most sturdy and easy to adjust arms I have, it's slightly baffling to be honest. Time will tell if the arm will start to get little memory spots from being clamped repeatedly but again, so far, I'd love to get my hands on more of the arms themselves. Storing the arm loosened will help prevent little catches.OVERALL: Seems sturdy and very usable for most vlog style setups, interior b-roll, and I'd for sure put an action cam on this and throw it outside the car without hesitation. Materials are really nice, the suction cup seems sturdy and well built with mounting points on all angles so you can screw in a tether for extra safety, and the arm adjusts beautifully. I slapped a SmallRig Arca Swiss plate on the arm for easy mounting and discounting. The only thing I see so far that I'm still curious about, is the longevity of the pump itself, but you can't tell that without more time/use. So far, I'll be using this far more, and would absolutrly recommend it. If anything changes, I'll update this review.

This suction cup mount is great. I have sued it many times on the back of my truck with a DJI camera screwed on it. I have gone on the highway with the camera on the tailgate and it doesn't budge. I am a little nervous to put it on the side of my truck but it will probably be just fine.

I bought this with the intention of sticking my DJI osmo pocket 3 onto any wall and be able to film content from any angle. However, it doesn't stick on textured wall. It does stick really well on Furniture, flat surfaces, glass so it's perfect for inside car shots and if you have a book case you can stick on your camera there. However, for any other shots, you'll probably have to use a tripod. Other than that, this is a great product

However, my experience turned out to be a stark warning to potential buyers about the deceptive practices of UCLANZI.Upon receiving the package, labeled as the SC-02, I was dismayed to discover that the box contained the SC-01 model instead. The SC-01 is a lesser-priced product compared to what I was led to believe I was purchasing. This bait-and-switch tactic is not only unethical but also a blatant disregard for consumer trust.This discrepancy is not just about receiving a different product; it's about the principle of honest business practices. By packaging a lower-tier product in a box labeled for a higher-end model, UCLANZI has shown a lack of respect for their customers.I have included pictures to document this deceptive practice. These images clearly show the mismatch between the product advertised and the one actually provided. It's a visual testament to the disappointment and frustration that such dishonesty causes.I strongly advise potential buyers to be wary of UCLANZI's products. What you see may not be what you get, and in a market where trust is paramount, such practices should not be rewarded with our hard-earned money. I, for one, have decided to steer clear of this company in the future and will be looking for more reputable brands that value honesty and customer satisfaction.

This thing is a TANK. No problems holding my mirrorless R1, and I trust it. Buy it, the mount is easily comparable to my $300 mount.
