How easy it was to use.
I like how easy it is to change angles on the handle and shovel!I used it to clear the snow off of my long driveway!I recommend it to my neighbor and they said they were getting one!

I LOVE it!
I absolutely love this thing! We just got our first snow of the season and had my first chance to use this. It was one inch of heavy, slushy snow and this push shovel worked beautifully! I was able to clear my entire (150 ft.) driveway, front walk, and back patio in just 75 minutes. If I had to use a conventional snow shovel, it would have easily taken me 2.5 hours. At 69-years of age, this went a long way to save me considerable back pain!

Easy to use, does not breat your back.
For any snow type, just push and it will plow. faster than a snow blower. you may want to change the butterfly nut and screw for a pin for removal when changing angle of the blade. sucks to have to unscew butterfly nut to change angle and threads will get damaged.

Sturdy construction.
Item arrived early and was packaged very well. 4 stars out of 5 instead of 5 on "easy to assemble" because item is shipped with extended prong split cotter pin, which is correct, but instructions show a hair pin (R-pin) type. Instructions offer no written explanation. As an FYI the split cotter pin slides through the axle with the looped part up and then the legs are folded up like the letter "W". This allows the inflation stem from the wheel/tire to pass by without snagging on the cotter pin legs. I would suggest assembling the item with a pair of 10 mm box end wrenches, but if you don't have them the included wrenches will work with some patience. Can't yet rate the pusher's performance as I'm waiting for the next snowfall to use it.

Great snow mover, but quality is lacking.
The shovel arrived earlier than stated. We assembled it on the doorstep immediately upon arrival, partially due to the driver leaving it on the edge of the porch in the rain instead of under the porch where it would have been dry.Assembly was easy, though it took a bit to figure out which bolts belonged to which part, reading the instructions mostly, but not completely, clarified this. Then I waited for snow. Today it snowed. I cleaned my front walk, then the sidewalks around my house. Then I went on an errand and plowed the sidewalks along my route. The first problem I noticed was the lower wingnut went missing somewhere along my route, though it shouldn't be there in the first place because it makes adjusting the blade angle much more difficult. It should be a straight pin with no threads to make it a quick adjustment. Not thinking clearly about the rest of the nuts and knows, I went on my way. Nearly back from my errand, I saw the upper knob fall off the upper bolt in the handle...and I noticed the lower bolt and know weren't even there. I found the bolt not too far back, but had no idea where the knob went. As I was going to follow the same path (more than a mile round trip), I figured I would watch for it. I tightened the upper knob much tighter. The knobs should have nylon locking nuts. Luckily I found the knob near the beginning of my route where I noticed the wing nut missing. (These all could have been my fault in not tightening them enough in the first place. I admit that.) The improvements are still recommended.I proceeded to plow the large driveway where I am currently renting. Things were going fine until the right wheel fell off. I haven't found the cotter pin, but I think it must have sheered off because it is nowhere to be found and the ends were bent backwards around the axle after sending the pin through it. If that were all (I noticed the cotter pins were rather thin and cheap when I assembled it), then I wouldn't be so disappointed. When I went to put the wheel back on, I saw that the inside bearing had stayed on the axle while the rest of the wheel fell off.To note, I believe this was the cheapest of all these of the same style, which may be the reason for the failures, but I can't say for certain. With some epoxy or super glue and a more stout cotter pin, plus tightening the various nuts periodically, I think it will be a good tool, but after the troubles on the first use, I will have to wait and see. We have two days straight of snow and one more of sleet, so after I tinker with it, I may have more information. Also, if you start plowing leaves under the snow, it gets much harder to push; I assume this problem will resolve itself after I have cleaned the walks I travel a time or two, assuming the homeowners don't let them just fall back on the sidewalk.

Very useful overall
Specially for smaller snow fall about 3 to 4 inches or less. This works near perfectly. I needed to get used to the shovel working in straight lines. You can technically change the chain and hook to angle the movement of the shovel but I didn’t bother

Great design, but terrible quality control.
Great design, but terrible quality control. The holes in the Steering Board did not line up with the holes in the Stabilizer Bar, and the same for the Lower Bar. I had to re-drill, with an oversize bit, all the holes in the Steering Board, the Stabilizer Bar, and Lower Bar. Bottom line, the holes did not line up. You would think Quality Control would have observed this had they attempted an assembly. Great product design however. I hope the blade attachment lasts a long time, or at least has replacement parts available. Regarding those who complained about the valve step hitting the cotter pin - install the wheels with the valve stem inboard.

Better than standard snow shovel
I've used this twice, each time for inches of snow or less. The blade cleans right to the ground. I have it set one hole to the right, making it easy to push yet still keeps the snow on the blade. A real back saver without having to use the snow thrower.
