EDIT to my review below in May. (20th July) Had to reduce this from 5 stars to 3, This machine stopped working after using for only two months. Although the motor is working, there is no aroma or steam coming out of the spout; so there must be a blockage somewhere. I tried cleaning the tube etc, but to no avail; so very disappointed as I loved this diffuser. Called Amazon and was told I can return for a refund, but I am worried about ordering a replacement in case the same thing happens!I have only had this machine for 2 days and I love it. There is such a difference in the aroma you get from this to an ordinary water diffuser. I have this upstairs in my bedroom, but when it is on you can smell the essential oils from downstairs when you open the street door. It is so easy to use: you just screw in a standard 10ml bottle of essential oil and you are good to go. It is going to work out a lot more expensive than using a water diffuser (where you are only using a few drops of the oil at one time) as this does use a lot of oil. I would imagine that if you have it on full setting 24/7 then you could easily get through a bottle every couple of days. But I will try to restrict my usage to keep it special. Hard to resist using it all the time though as the smell is quite addictive.

I have this nebulizer for 2 years. Use it sometimes every day, sometimes every other day.I like a lot of options I have there - when I want delicate scent for a long time I use the most delicate level and change time I want to have it on and off.When I don't have time for thinking about modes, just click on and it finds it's way to release scent.I recommend it for medium to big houses - and also recommend to use the most delicate mode, but have it on continous during the day, than turn it off during the night.I love to use it before guests - they're delighted by the natural smell of the house and feel good there.I mostly mix 2-3 essential oils(found lovely perfume-like recipes on pinterest), the smell is better than one oil. One full bottle(10ml) of mixed essential oils work about 2-3 months with my use.If I have it on all the time I think it may last about a month. But The smell may be too strong to use during the night time.I love the fact that this does not use water! It's already too humid here in UK to use water based diffusers.Like the fact, it still works fine after 2 years. Hope it will stay that way.

Nice scent released into air , but it is causing headaches. I’m wondering if my oils are not genuine even though they say Latin name on bottles.You won’t need it on much’ lowest settings are too much. Wish it would come on for a few seconds each hour only.Oils go Down very slow. Sadly in my home it’s an item I don’t use already , who wants headaches ? Still nice if it don’t trigger any.5/10

I thought, based on a review, that this would be economical with oil. I've not found that at all. It is also very loud and the scent of the oil is far too strong undiluted. I'm not sure if a little distilled water can be added to make the scent less heady. It's a smart and a sleek looking machine, but the truth is that I feel disappointed because it is not nearly as effective as my previous, much cheaper vaporiser, which used a small amount of water and filled the air with a wonderful, organic scent of various essential oils. The scent of this new machine stays around the machine and does not appear to waft further out. I will give it another day or two but it's dishearteningly ineffective. I so wanted to love it. Perhaps I've just been unlucky or maybe it will grow on me...

My machine STOPPED WORKING LESS THAN 1 YR after buying it. I contacted the seller in China and they said they could exchange it but would need to pay for packaging and courier. They then offered to sell me another machine half price but I don't want another machine as the same thing could happen again. It not cost effective to return it so I am stuck with a broken albeit aesthetically pleasing machine. Well at least I don't need to worry about the noise anymore.

The design is an epic fail. It looks like a teenagers toy, it looks totally out of place in a grown up living room. Just awful. And its VERY loud. My partner thought the neighbours had builders drilling. How did they get the design so wrong?? I returned this and bought an airwick mist diffuser, totally silent operation and unobtrusive, changed the oils to my own blend saved £40 and I am very happy.

I didn't like this for the first couple of days, only because I found it noisy and I don't like noise. But there are many things to really like about it. It's very nicely designed, good quality materials and practical functions. Very easy to set how long you want to diffuse for, how much time between diffusion and an on/off timer. As the oil is not diluted in water I thought it would use lots of oil, it doesn't (you can also set the intensity), it barely uses any oil over several hours but it gives a very good smell from so little oil.It does buzz, and I would prefer if it didn't, but all in all it's really very good. Plus I like the fact it's not adding more moisture into my rooms. Enough moisture from the weather without adding more.

Really like the fact any small essential oil bottle screws straight into the device, no pouring or use of water required, a very clever design feature. Looks good and easy to use once you've understood how it works (there's several operating options that seem overly-complicated at first but actually are another welcome feature). Good, consistent fine mist and because it comes straight from the bottle, the scent doesn't fade with time. Very pleased with purchase and worth every penny.
