This Torras iPhone XS is THE perfect iPhone case for me. It's slim fit, durable and attractive. The tactile buttons are comfortable to use (accessibility is very good); in addition, the clear back shows off the beauty of my iPhone XS. More importantly I like how the phone feels in my hand; the TPU material allows for a firm grip and that is very important to me. I damaged my case but that's where the second part of my review gets even better. The after sales service was beyond what I expected. Candice (the sales rep) kept in constant contact with me, she was kind and extremely helpful in arranging for a replacement for me. She assured me that I was satisfied with her company's product and my gratitude goes beyond recognition. I rate both the case and the after sales service FIVE STARS and I highly recommend the TORRAS iPhone XS case to anyone owning the iPhone XS. Thanks

I really love the way this case looks. It's really nice to look at and gander at for a bit. However, if, like me, you're looking for a nice, simple case with some color that has some grip....this is not going to do it. I really don't care about the price. The price is definitely fair. However, to describe your product is "having great grip" or any facsimile of that is just false. It's very slippery. I thought with the case being made of TPU, it would have more grip. Nope. None. I realize that the idea of "grip" is a subjective thing...person X saying something is "grippy" is person Z saying it's "slippery"....but, to me, this case is very slippery. With time, it might dirty up and get more grippy, but it says the word grip in the description. Some people will love the case, and I have no doubt that if protection is what you're looking for, then, it will definitely offer you that. On that front, it's a winner. It's just not for me.EDIT: They have contacted me and tried to make this right. A really nice woman named Cindy I think. They obviously care about what they're selling and want to make things right. They offered me another case, free of charge. This is how business is supposed to be done. Kudoes to this company. Feel confident buying from them if you're thinking about it!

Great case. Very impressed with the look and feel. I got the clear case. I purchased around 5 cases for my iPhone X throughout the last 14 months. This is the best one. It fully tpu, has good grip, yet slides easily into my pant pockets.Slim, but not too slim, shown the iPhone back and sides and keeps the feel of the iPhone in your hand. I purchased a case from other brand that had with hard plastic back. It made that case very slippery and bulkier. Had another case with a ridge all around the back of the case, I hated the feel of the case, took away the feel of the phone completely. From different brand, got a red case, but the sides were “electroplated” and made the phone slippery and the front ridge was barely there no so front projection. This case has the right front ridge to give front protection even with tempered glass protection but not stick way out. This case was is like Goldie Locks, just right.

I really wanted to like this case. The red color was beautiful, it felt great in my hand, and was very minimalist. However, it was not sufficiently protective, as the front lip was too small. Also, after only a few hours of use, it lightly scratched one of the sides of my iPhone XS. If the front lip were larger, and the sides lined with a softer material, this would be a fantastic case.UPDATE: 6/11/19. After writing this review, I was contacted by a very nice TORRAS representative who offered to send me, free of charge, their newer, updated all clear case for my iPhone XS. It arrived today, and is a very nice case which fit my XS well. It is crystal clear and feels very good in my hand. Buttons are very responsive. As I have a fairly thick glass screen protector on, it’s hard to tell how much the lip comes up over the edges of my phone, but I think it does protect the screen a little better than the model reviewed above. It doesn’t come up far enough to protect the screen protector, but perhaps that’s not necessary.Overall, I’m impressed with TORRAS customer service; they seem to really care that their customers are happy.

It’s a pretty decent case that’s easy to hold and offers good protection. The buttons are easy to press and so far I’ve had no scratches on the case either. The only downside to the case is that it still yellows despite the product information. Customer support was able to help me with though! I spoke with Kendall and they offered to send a replacement, which is really kind of them. Overall, nice sturdy case that looks and feels good. I would definitely buy again!

I like how simple it is. Also the fact that it’s slim but still has a little bit of “bumper” to protect my phone. I’m careful with my phones. So I’m not as worried. But having this case on my phone is showing me to be more extra careful. This case is good enough for me. If you accidentally drop your phone screen face down, there’s chance of cracking the sides of the screen. I have had the Apple case since the purchase of my phone and was happy with it but wanted to get a clear one. The Torras is what the title says... but nothing else. It’s soft plastic but has a texture in it that makes it appear foggy and not that clear.Photos of the advertising is quite deceptive!
