Solid product, easy to use and loved by the 10 year olds who used this to easy marshmallows for s’mores!

This is great for s’mores, but use ethanol alcohol if possible. We didn’t like the residual taste of the isopropyl alcohol that we noticed on the marshmallows.

This little guy is nice and heavy, comes with the underneath plate and a little plant that I can put in when not using. Unsure of fire time just yet but aesthetically very pleasing. I bought 2.

This tabletop fire pit is a nice way to have a cozy atmosphere without having to build an a fire with logs. The flame is very nice and robust.The concrete design is simple and sturdy. It's easy to use. Just pour ethanol alcohol into the whole and use a lighter to start the flame. i highly suggest using a multipurpose plastic lighter with a long tip to avoid burning your hand when getting the flame started.My only complaint is that the ethanol alcohol is a little expensive. I fill the fire pit half way and it lasted about 10 minutes.

We have a large fit pit table on our patio, but we wanted something to use on our outdoor dinner table to give ambiance, add heat and look decorative - this little tabletop fire pit was just the thing!It is a thick cement bowl/vase-like container that holds alcohol or solid gel fuel to be lit. The capacity holds a small amount at a time, so it burns relatively quickly. It does put off heat - I mean it is fire - but since it is a small item, the flame/heat do not extend very far (maybe within 12 inches the heat can be felt).It is a great looking little pit for our table top, and we use it occasionally when we sit outside on cooler nights. It is more decorative for us than anything else, but we love it!

Despite being fully aware of it's diminutive size, i was surprised at just how the small this table top fire pit is, and consequently, didn't hold high hopes for being impressed, especially at this price point...I was totally wrong!Its simple, clean design and shape automatically appealed to me - very versatile look. I like its grey color (note: the tray is a darker shade of grey than the fire pit but I'm ok with that). It comes with a metal snuffer to put the flame out - again, simple but effective. And a fake succulent for when the fire pit is empty (nice little touch). I just tested the flame with a small amount of 99% isopropyl alcohol and was surprised at how large the flame is! It's actually really nice and soothing - much larger flame than I expected! Perhaps that's due to design: size of the opening in which the alcohol is placed is just shy of 2-1/2" round and deep - I don't know, but that pretty much sealed the deal for me. I adore this product.After burning the small amount of test alcohol, the fire pit was warm to the touch but the base was entirely cool. There's a solid 1" of cement all around the burn pit. Given its squat nature, no risk of tipping. Total weight (including fire pit, tray and snuffer) is 5 lbs 5-5/8 oz so easily transportable. Definitely recommend although I have to acknowledge the high price point - when requested, it was $69.99 and a quick search of comparable products offers quite a few other options at significantly lower prices - how they actually function compared to this particular product is unknown, but I imagine this product will be a part of my household for a very long time so, maybe you get what you pay for (price point is the only reason I didn't give this 5-stars).One last note: manufacturer recommends not using this indoors with isopropyl alcohol due to black smoke and dust but it does say if you do use indoors, use a low concentration of alcohol as fuel. Given its small size, I don't see a problem with using indoors - with caution of course - but primarily, I'll use out of doors and am very much looking forward to doing so.

I ordered this Kante firepit to use out by my pool this summer. I also ordered some ethanol bottled fuel for this firepit, and I find it to be very long lasting and it looks beautiful burning outside with this efficient fuel source. My son always wanted to make smores at home and we never did it, so I surprised him with this little fire pit. He loves it so much, it is now his job to always make the treats after an afternoon of swimming in the pool! The fire pit is really heavy because it's made from solid concrete. it looks better than a jar candle and is much brighter and way more fun to use. It's good quality, and very easy to use. Highly recommended!
