Product was as described. Fairly easy to assemble. Some of the tacks are not great quality and bend and become unusable. But there is extra sent so there was enough to get the job done. The boards of the bookcase are sturdy and more heavy duty than I expected. I would definitely recommend this bookcase and may buy a few more in the future.

This seller's product quality is very problematic! The store's pictures looked nice, so I bought 3 identical bookshelves at once, planning to set up my study before Christmas.However, in the first week of December, after receiving the products from the seller, I followed their instruction manual to install them and found that some parts of the bookcase couldn't fit properly, making the assembly loose and visibly unstable. Such products obviously couldn't stand firmly. To avoid accidents, I took pictures of the products, repacked them in boxes, and decided to return them.These products were quite heavy, and considering the defects that made them unusable even after installation, I promptly initiated a refund with Amazon. But when trying to contact the seller via the phone number provided in Amazon's return address, it was invalid.This made me question: if the seller's return information is inaccurate, causing logistics to be unable to contact the seller ,who would be responsible if the goods are lost?Therefore, I contacted the seller's after-sales support service to request a return. Due to the product quality issues, I demanded that the seller bear the return shipping costs and provide a detailed and accurate return address and contact number.However, the seller only replied by email, insisting I reinstall the product and provide video evidence, without any positive or proactive response. After my initial phone contact with the seller's customer service, I followed their instructions to provide detailed pictures of the installed product and informed them that I had repacked the goods. Yet, the seller still emails me demanding an installation video before processing the return.Logistics costs are very high in the USA, and I will never again buy large furniture items on Amazon, especially not from this store!Although the goods were shipped from California, the product was labeled 'Made in China.' The seller's email response blamed me for improper installation, irresponsibly shifting the blame onto the customer. I followed the installation instructions precisely. Moreover, the quality of the product parts was also poor!I am a loyal Amazon customer, and this is the first time I've felt mistreated after encountering a problem with a purchase from this seller. There is no integrity at all!

The top and bottom sections are held together with wooden dowels, so I wish that they were connected more securely. That being said, the product is great quality for the price. It was relatively easy to put together (just make sure you lay out the backing before tacking to get the spacing correct). All in all very pleased with my purchase.

instructions are kinda bad but its super easy to put together even without them. heavy ASF so id say its good quality lmao. looks just like the picture and everything came with it including some tools. good size too.

This bookshelf perfectly fit the space I needed it for. I was able to build it myself as a girl in her mid twenties. It is sturdy and not on a slant as other reviews stated. While tightening the screws just make sure the shelves are straight and flush with each other. I think the bad reviews are user error. Just take your time and it’ll come out beautifully!

The size and sturdiness of this bookshelf is great! The spacing of the shelves and fit of the pieces are inconsistent as the pins screw into a plastic plug stuck into the wooden panels. When the shelf arrived, I did have a ding on the edge of one of the panels, but the surfaces themselves were packed nicely with material in betweeen pieces. One note is to space out your back panels first before first tacking them down. Also, the tacks are quite flimsy and I recommend marking where you want to nail by tapping with a Phillips screwdriver and hammer.

Great for my teddy bears. Recommend.
