I purchased the Powerextra NP-FW50 Batteries for my Sony A6400, and I’ve been really impressed so far! These batteries have proven to be a great alternative to the original Sony batteries, and for the price, they’re an absolute bargain.I’ve used these batteries on several shoots, and they’ve consistently provided great charge. While they don’t last quite as long as the original Sony batteries, the difference isn’t huge, and the reliability is definitely there. For most of my photography and videography needs, they hold up really well.The dual USB charger is a fantastic bonus! It’s compact, convenient, and allows me to charge both batteries at the same time—super handy for those long shooting days. The charging speed is decent, and I love that I can charge them via USB from my laptop or portable charger when I’m on the go.For the price, these batteries offer incredible value. Even though they don’t last quite as long as the Sony ones, the performance is close enough to make this a smart, cost-effective purchase. I’ve saved so much money without compromising too much on quality.If you’re looking for affordable, reliable backup batteries for your Sony Alpha camera, I’d highly recommend these! They’ve been a solid investment so far, and I’m very pleased with the purchase.

Good batteries, got them for my a6300 and work as they should. Hold charge and charges okay. The charger doesn’t get too hot

I was so chuffed with this product initially, but was recently using my A6300 as a back up camera on a shoot and found these batteries to be unreliable. I know they're small and had low expectations on how long they'd keep charge for, but I was disappointed at just how quickly they ran down, and how unpredictable they were at discharging. From about 99% to 67% seemed normal, but then they (both) suddenly dropped below 10% - weird, and not cool. I can cope with things being a bit rubbish but the unpredictability made this a single star review I'm afraid. Nearly a great, cheap, back up option, but in the end not something I can rely on enough to use.*UPDATE* Powerextra support team have been great! They saw the above and immediately apologised and are putting the matter right as I type this. They have been very quick to respond, helpful and courteous. I'm awaiting replacement batteries (I've not had to send the old faulty ones back) and will hopefully be able to bump this up to 5 stars in due course. Moving from 1 star to 4 for now.

The media could not be loaded. Higher battery life than standard battery and fast charging with the included battery charger at an amazing price what more could I ask for. Charger is compatible with previous fw50 batteries aswell. I even printed a holder for the batteries

Using these as backup batteries for my Sony ZVE10 camera, while these don’t have as much power as the one included with the camera, they charge quick and are great for those moments where you need just a bit more battery to finish whatever you’re doing

Batteries apparently rated at 1500mAh compared to the Sony rated at 1020mAh The Sony battery lasts at least 50% longer, with the 1500mAh battery discharging about 8% overnight.The charger so far works well as I prefer to charge batteries out side of the camera.
