The media could not be loaded. It is as they claim!The chin and cheek support help. The filling is neither too firm nor too soft. The outer lining is soft and doesn't chafe against the neck.The finish is good. I have to test this on a long international flight. I liked the design.There was an eye mask as well!

Good product
It's nice but there is still a gap at lower neck after wearing the neck pillow.Also it will be good if i can get a tighter grip from the buttons in front.Fabric is bit uncomfortable or sticky or itchy and can cause sweat in Non-AC environment.I have ordered neck pillows from other brands as well and have the same feedback or experience.But over all it's relief to neck during travel for cervical and neck / nerve compression paitents.
