Great for Sleep and Travel – Comfortable and Quiet
I’ve been using the Hearprotek USB-C sleep earbuds for about a week, mainly for sleep and air travel, and they’ve been a solid choice. The silicone tips are super soft and comfortable – they don’t press hard against my ears when lying on my side, which is a major plus for sleep buds. The noise isolation is surprisingly effective at blocking out ambient noise like fans, snoring, or plane engines. The included mic and volume control are a nice touch, though I primarily use them for audio. Sound quality is decent – not audiophile-level, but clean enough for podcasts or white noise. The USB-C connection works well with Android devices, and I haven’t experienced any connectivity issues.Only minor drawback: the bass is a bit flat, so music lacks depth. But for the price and purpose (sleep, relaxation, light travel use), it’s worth it. The carrying case is compact and handy too.

Indeed, they have been staying in place in my ears while I sleep
Because I have tinnitus, I use soft sounds of rain fall to mask the jet-whine sound in my head. I've tried four different brands of wired ear pieces. One was perfect, but my new dog ate the buds and now the company doesn't make that model anymore. The second variety fell out with the slightest motion. The third had good sound and stayed in place, but small rods on the back of them were uncomfortable to sleep with. These are better-designed, and are soft, light weight, they pretty much stay in place, and the sound quality through them is clear. They are simple to use. The wire is supple, and it doesn't get tangled when I sleep, surprisingly. I think it is worth the money.

Almost perfect... until the volume/controller kept self-activating at random
Bought for my daughter, her review:I have frequent headaches, migraines, occasional tinnitus, & some other symptoms associated with post-concussion syndrome /mTBI (minor Traumatic Brain Injury).I listen to different meditations, binaural beats, white noise etc. while I sleep & I have very small ears. I also use them in busy places to have some calmer ambient noise. For months, these were the PERFECT solution for me.I do recommend these earbuds.Pros:• Sound quality is good (enough). I'm sleeping/ relaxing/ using them for a specific purpose, usually at low-mid volumes. I don't expect top quality audio for the purpose, or at this price. (That said, I have nothing negative to say about the sound quality, review is based on what I use them for.)• They do fit a bit like silicone cone-shaped earplugs & that helps block out any external noise, as well as keep them in place. Occasionally they need a bit of repositioning if they 'wiggle out', but that's infrequent & not unexpected.• Positioned correctly, I can hardly feel them in my ears AT ALL - exactly what I hoped for. I am a side sleeper & can comfortably lie on my side (soft pillow) using them this way. My sleep has improved with these.• The 90° jack means the cable is less prone to bending & makes them generally sturdier & sits parallel with the bottom of my phone if I'm holding it/ using it. (My charging cable is the same, so they sit neatly along the bottom of my phone, no awkward cables extending down anymore.)Con:• After using one pair for a few months, the volume/controller started spontaneously stopping, starting, & changing the volume. Previously it had worked fine. After using the second pair for a few months, the same things began happening. There is nothing obvious to see, no pulled cable/ wires/ stretched casing.I'm going to buy a new set, because I can't find anything that is as good as these for me, but I'm really conscious of the amount of waste I produce so I'm hopeful I got unlucky with both pairs & the next set doesn't do the same after a few months.

Love it. Exactly what I needed for bed.
My mind wanders when I lay in bed and usually the surest way for me to fall asleep is to put on a podcast and zone out. These headphones have been far and away the best ones for sleeping, and have even graduated to being day-to-day headphones when I travel and sometimes when I take calls for work. For the price I cannot think of any real cons-- they aren't Bose quality but absolutely beyond Bose value. They aren't noise-cancelling headphones, but they conform well to the ear enough that you don't need to pump up the volume to hear things, and because it fits well you can operate at a volume well under the threshold where a sleeping partner can hear what you have playing in your own ear.Pros:- Soft, I can sleep with my ear in the pillow, it fits incredibly well and it's an ergonomic fit in its own right- Robust -- I've traveled with this and they can be folded up and tucked away and after a few months of use while sleeping and traveling I haven't experienced any failures from it yet- Control panel -- the controls for the headphones are simple: Volume up, Start/stop, volume down. These are exactly what I need when I am in bed and don't want to pull up my phone to change those basic settings- Better than bluetooth -- part of my justification for buying these headphones was to move away from bluetooth headphones at night because those can fall out and get lost or broken in bed, and my phone also had this annoying habit of playing whatever I had on LOUDLY if I ran out of battery at night. This was not pleasing at all to my partner.Soon I plan to buy extra sets of these headphones because they do exactly what I need of them and they are cheap enough to have backups in case I lose one or it eventually fails.
