Very good setup
Very nice unit. Easy to set up and very accurate. The base station receives the signal from the external temperature sensor just fine. I use it in my motorhome to monitor the temperature inside my wet bay when we travel late winter, early spring and the outdoor temperatures may present the risk of freezing in my water storage tanks and associated equipment. I do have the means to heat the wet bay if necessary and this temperature sensor allows me to constantly monitor conditions. It’s also nice to monitor temperature and humidity inside the RV.

Handy and Works Well
Always wondered how warm or cold it was around our home and now we know. Easy to use and from all indications, accurate as well. Decent value, too, and with the outside sensor you can see the difference between exterior and inside temps and — if you’re in humid areas — the humidity both in and out if you need a dehumidifier.

Great buy!
Replaced a vivosun that kept going haywire! The performance from the ThermoPro has been impeccable!! It was as high as 112°F over the this hot summer, with the outdoor reader holding up with multiple 100°F days. It has captured temps ranging from 100°F to 55°F in a single day without an issue. Humidity reads as accurately. I compare it to my weather app and it is always right there. It is big enough to easily read from across the room, yet small enough to sit unnoticed on the kitchen window sill. So easy to install. Just pull out the battery protector strip. Hang the reader outside under the eave. Sit the screen on the counter inside. Done. Took me 3 minutes. Haven't changed the battery yet. Would buy it again and again!! Great product! It has been several months! Still AWESOME!!!

Seems to work fine; easy to read; no complaints
This seemed a bit wonky at first with the remote and the main unit showing different temps even though they were right next to each other. But that cleared up and the temp readings seem correct and accurate. I keep the outdoor unit in the shade. Still haven't hung either unit up but will do that soon (it has a slide lock slot on the back of each). No complaints!

Some minor drawbacks to a generally excellent product
I wish that they had "half stars" for rating, because this product is worth 4-1/2 stars due to some perceived minor design issues. Rather than give it 4 stars however, I gave it a 5-star review because on the whole I'm satisfied. One of the issues I mentioned is having the base station backlight button on the back of the unit. This is fine if you use the base station on a table or mount it on a refrigerator door with the magnet (which does seem strong enough), but if you use a hook or nail for the wall mount option it's inconvenient to get to. An extra front button, or perhaps having having the backlight come on when you momentarily press or hold down one of the buttons, would have been nice.A second issue is that using a nail for the wall mount option for the sensor unit could be rather dicey should you use it in a wind-prone area. The instructions warn against impacts to the unit, and I can too easily imagine that strong wind gusts could rock the unit off the nail, causing it to drop on the ground onto a hard surface. I resolved this potential issue by looping a metal twist-tie through the top mounting opening and affixing the tie to a double-pointed tack hammered securely into a wall on the north (shaded) side of the house..A final issue is the base unit having buttons that serve double or triple duty to configure and operate it. I realize that products the small format factor and large display (both of I greatly like) required that the designers limit the number of controls, but one extra button would have greatly increased the user-friendliness of the product.
