I have been an Amazon customer for many many years and I’m not one that normally gives a review although I do read the reviews it is not until this purchase that I understand how important reviews are for customers. I have been suffering with severe sciatica pain for the last three months, so severe I’ve been to the doctor numerous times, so severe it is reeking havoc on my workout, so severe that it wakes me up in the middle of the night, and I have not been able to lay flat and I’ve been sleeping in a recliner because the pain is that bad. When I saw this item, I was willing to try anything to see if it would help with the pain. It came yesterday I put it on last night and in about 30 minutes after following the instructions to a tee & where you are applying the pressure point I begin to feel relief. It is very important that the pressure disk is placed exactly where the directions instruct you to place it & OMG my pain to today is zero. If I was not experiencing total relief, I would not have given a review. I have been walking and playing with my grandchildren, and I am totally 100% sold on this item. This is not a name brand item but I will tell you I am so pleased with the results of this wrap That I had to share. If you are in true sciatic pain, which ever side left or right for me it’s the left side for me. I put it on the left leg right below the knee cap and right above the calf. The pressure point goes right above the back or side of calf and today it’s as if I’ve never had a sciatica problem. If you were in severe sciatica pain and you’ve tried everything, please always check with your doctor first, but this truly worked for me. I’m a believer, and I hope you will be too. So grateful for relief!

I really wish this would have worked for my husband's sciatica pain. We purchased this after my mom had success with one she ordered. However, it did nothing to relieve the pain :(

Hard to read instructions.... Very small writing. Really haven't felt the pain relief.

It is a little on the smaller size for me. There is a little disc sewn into the buckle side of the strap, make sure you place the disc on your outer upper shin. After about a couple of weeks the sewing is fraying so that's something to keep an eye on. It seems to work as my sciatica isn't flaring up. Just wish it fit better and didn't fray.

This brace is adjustable, however the smallest calf size it fits is 12.5 inches, so it just slipped down my leg. Completely useless. I had a seamstress take it apart and make it smaller. It worked pretty good temporarily, but the sciatica returned shortly after removing the brace. I have found that you need to do sciatica stretches to really cure sciatica. Evelyn Turner has a good book for that on Amazon. She is a nurse, and her plan really works. Better than this brace.

Wasn't so sure it was even worth bothering and was prepared to return right after I put it on and it didn't do anything - but I'd say it works. I have chronic back problems and just had a really bad nerve flare up that has left my right side with continuous numbness for the past 11 weeks. this seems to put a little pressure in the right place to calm the nerve and also is giving my calf support to help roll my foot and walk more normal. Seems to be built to last for a while for sure. Good value and worth a try.
