My son is almost 4, we began homeschooling when he was 2 y.o and he is now entering 1st grade work. This book as well as all the other Sylvan books are a notch up from the other workbooks, excluding Kumon, they stand apart as well. This is why I love this book: The illustrations are wonderful, nice color and clearly understood; the quality of the paper is thick enough we can use markers without bleeding through the other side; the lesson is easy to understand and builds and then has a review lesson to emphasize what was learned; most of all it is a fun way to learn. He enjoys the challenge without it being frustrating. If your child needs help in a certain area or wants to hone in on specific material then I would definitely recommend giving this a try. My son has the sylvan reading, vocabulary and math books and he is excelled beyond even my expectations. The only downside is the cost. These books do cost a little bit more than others, but I still think it is worth it given what you get.

This Workbook so far is very good My daughter says it’s fun for her She is behind in Math and reading we ordered this along with The Reading workbook The Delivery came in tip top condition This workbook is in units And at the start of every unit it Shows in detail an example of what she’s going to work in the unit this book is nice I would give it a 10/10

Book is great for my grandson who will be in 1st grade this school year. He works through his assessment with very little assistance.

The book is right in line with what my scholar is doing in school, that is wonderful. She's able to get the extra practice and have more confidence in class.

We love this book!! It has done wonders for my little girl! I love how it has addition and subtraction pages over and over and over for her to keep practicing.

My 3 year old already understands many concepts from the book! He has no difficulties navigating through it by practicing and remembering important math concepts. I definitely recommend the book!
