Sturdy rope and connections. large ends but still allows me to perform all exercises well. Only used around 40kg and worked well no issues

I expected this thing to be flimsy at just £17 or so but so far it feels as sturdy and solid as the ropes you'd find in any gym

The product works as it should its sturdy and I guess durable but it if you look at the picture it came rusty so I dont know about how long will I be able to use them or is it safe even so? But I tried it with a heavy weight and it does the job so prolly the question is til how long could it last

I decided to get this tricep pulldown rope because the pulldown ropes at my gym were always not available when I wanted to use it. I have been using it about couple weeks now; this pulldown rope and the clips are great quality and durable. It is as good as the ones at the gyms that other people thought that it belong to the gym; I have to put a red tap with my name on it. I'm very happy with the product and highly recommended it.!

I approached buying this kit from the view of needing a high quality rope. The rope is top notch and has a good build quality. The 'D' handles are okay. They aren't bad by any means but also not the same quality as the rope. Everything works well but I could see the 'D' handles getting stressed out over time.If you need a good rope, look no further. If you are buying this kit for the 'D' handles, I would consider getting a dedicated handle vs. the add ons in this kit.
