Highly recommend. Easy to wash, appears unbreakable, easy to use and is compact size. Quiet to use, I am not disturbing anyone else in the room when I use it. Dishwasher safe is also a plus. After a month of use I truly believe my breathing has improved. The different levels of resistance is very beneficial. If you are undecided give it a try.

I have been working on my breathing, and feel like this device just takes that work up a notch. The different sized spheres that came with it let me customize my needs. I started out with the little ball at first, but after 3 or 4 days I moved up to the middle one.The concept is really simple, I just breath deep through it and it helps me cough up anything in my lungs, as well as making my lungs stronger (at least it feels like it).Great tool for anyone - not just athletes or the infirm.

At first I didn't like this device because it made me cough. Well the joke's on me because it's supposed to meet me cough. So it does what it's meant to do and that's loosen the phlegm in your lungs and cough it up. And also strengthens your lungs. It's very easy to use, no batteries, no Chargers
