Q: What is the Bluetooth pairing code? I’ve tried 0000 as recommended in another post, but it is not working.

If your device is QCC3034 the code is 0123 ... I'm not sure why they haven't updated their instructions or change the description here ... or answered this question with something other than contact us! I figured my device was defective and ordered something else.

Q: How many V/A of the power supply come with the amplifier?

Hello. It is 19V 3.42A. It is suitable for most home speakers. If you need higher power, you may prepare a power supply by yourself.

Q: Can I hook this up to a powered subwoofer?

Q: How do i put this into pairing mode? i paired successfully when i first got it, but i need to change the audio source but there is no pairing switch.

There is no switch. The unit is constantly scanning for Bluetooth connection. If one of your devices has been set to connect then this unit will automatically pair. You will have to turn off Bluetooth of any connected device or unpair it to pair another device.
