This is the absolute WORST printer. It prints junk pictures on the wafer paper AND the icing sheets. Nothing is working to make it print neatly. Ive troubleshot online. Can't get ahold of seller. Amazon is no help. BRAND new. Waste of $300. Do NOT risk this!!

I really loved it ONCE it was set up. While trying to set it up a bunch of ink got everywhere. The instructions are kinda off but you are supposed to remove the bottom off the ink. But be very care-full, I aLeo love how it come with the wafer paper and fondant paper. Overall I would recommend this for anyone.

I have been looking into investing in my own edible printer for my business and I chose Icing Inks because it had the best value for quality. I am so glad I went with my gut feelings! The shipment arrived sooooo much sooner than it was estimated and setup is super easy! It's pretty self explanatory so I am not sure why people are stating its complicated. It's just like any other printer!The shipment was packaged beautifully and included all the items mentioned in the bundle. For those of you stating you were missing items, I highly suggest looking thoroughly because they did a great job in protecting each item without adding so bulk to the package.I can't wait to use this for my orders!!
