Very easy to set up. This gets particles that normal vacuum cleaners leave behind. This literally eliminates a task from my daily routine saving me time.

I paid over $800.00, & the mapping is poor, suction is ok, mopping is just ok.. I returned it, I had to pay for the return & wait a month for a refund, & the never refunded the shipping fee..👎🏻

Before I continue - please not this device *does not* collect dust in the station. It only cleans its mopping parts. This is totally fine with us, but you may consider other model which has this function.We owned a different mopping model from Bissel, and this one is upgrade in every way. Specifically we really like the reduced amount of noise.Generally, I would say if you're a rational normal person, you would consider a different configuration of the robot vacuum, but if you're a clean freak who wants that something is constantly cleaning you space in a vary nice way with good rotating mop, washes and dries it - thats a great choice.As of writing this review, the device is new to the market, initial setup is glitchy, but overall the app is great.*What I particularly like* about this one is that it is square. This means it can clean corners unlike many others.

Pretty impressive vacuum. Got it a couple of days ago, set it up, let it start doing it's thing, no issues. I actually left a lot of stuff as obstacles to be in the way and they proved to be no problem. The unit is bigger than I expected but that's ok because it cleans a bigger area. Also, we have some uneven floor transitions as the house is in renovation and this thing seems to climb over the transitions with no problem. Gonna let it go for a few days and see if this review stays the same but as far as now I'm definitely happy with this purchase. Hope it stays that way.

Updating my review after having used the OBODE P8 for a while.The primary thing to know about the P8 is that it is a mop that can also vacuum. But, it wants to be a mop. That is great because it does a good job at this. But, we have a kitchen and a bathroom with hardwood floors in between. We didn’t want to have the hardwood floors moped and set up a no mop zone thinking that the P8 could vacuum the floor in the hallway between mopping the kitchen and the bathroom. The P8 could start in the kitchen, but it could not move out the room because it could not mop the hall with the hardwood floors. It either mops everything or just the room it starts in.Pros- does a good job mopping, but set it to vacuum first then mop. Doing both at once is more efficient, but it doesn’t clean as well.- the LIDAR is amazing and the maps are developed and updated quickly. It recognized stairs and object without slamming into them like my other robot vacuums.- lots of control via the app to set boundaries and no go zones- it does keep the mops clean by having the P8 return to its base after mopping an area to clean the mops. This can be changed to 30m or to a deep clean. The deep clean makes mopping a large area take forever.Cons- it wants to mop everything or vacuum everything, but can not do both if you have no mop zones.- the mops do not retract or otherwise disengage the floor or stop spinning when it gets to carpet. If the P8 has just mopped a room or if it hits carpets while mopping, the wet mops are dragged across the carpet. The solution just isnt applied, but the carpet still gets wet.- if you set a boundary for mopping, the floor past that boundary will still get wet as the P8 turns. So if you have a doorway with a floor you don’t want mopped on the other side, the floor will get wet and mopped unless you make a no mop zone extend into the room that should get mopped.- the privacy information page is tiny and you are opting into the company owning your data which they can share with marketers.I am pleased with the mopping, but I hoped for a lot more from the P8.

Really fun vacuum, really! Never had another to compare it to, but this one does the job much better than I've usually done myself. Finds it's way around great, detours around the dog in the floor, and picks up everything. After a time or two of getting stuck on cords under tables or what not, I've made a few minor adjustments, tied up the cords, and everything gets done effortlessly!
