Terrible
Awful product. Things are bent and scratched and just Terrible quality. So unhappy with this but it's way too big to return. Extremely dissatisfiedUpdate: my son can't even use it and it's already breaking. Have not heard from seller.DO NOT BUY THIS

This product did not come with the hardware to put it together. I bought two and neither one had the hardware. Also the instructions are not helpful in the least.

Unsafe do not buy
This product is unsafe. All the wooden rods have hairline fractures, they bend an unacceptable amount under load (some bending is to be expected but this was not appropriate). This is an unsafe structure

Nice but rough around the edges... literally
This is nice set but there are some inconsistencies in the application of the paint. Some of the edges are painted so thin that the rough wood protrudes through and can scratch the skin if your child isn't careful. Some of the pieces on the climbing board were slightly damaged or splitting. I expected much better quality considering the price paid for this set. There is also a small error in the assembly instructions.

Very disappointed
Missing a dowel was setting up for Christmas/ and the last long dowel missing. Heartbreaking so disappointed cheap pieces not happy

Piece received broken in half
Received with broken piece, instructions very hard to follow. Pieces not numbered but lettered as instructions read they should've been. Overall ok item but for the price would've thought no pieces would be broken and instructions easier

Awful
Yes, I would like a credit of some sort for this rickety piece of CRAP. After it taking two weeks three weeks to get it trying to get it put together finding that there are pieces that are not durable and are not safe. please credit my account. So extremely frustrating to get it put together to find all of these parts that are not safe.

Missing parts
It was missing two of the wooden climbing parts and the box was pretty messed up. Super disappointed.
