Best Utility Knife on the market.
I have owned dozens of utility knifes for carpet, vinyl, sheetrock and everyday use as a home builder. 1st the quality and stability of the tool makes the difference. If you want a knife that is ridgid and that's important when you cut certain materials then this is the knife. It is a fixed blade and you must remember to sheath it but all retractables have a certain amount of play in the mechanical design. Look at every professional carpet installer. Pros use fixed blades and there is a reason. This is the fixed blade you need. I own 3. One for carpet, one for drywall and one for upholstery.

for some reason we don't have a box cutter, i just have a smith & wesson. but overall, it feels great in the hand. it cuts smoothly, it's not too heavy, and most importantly, hehe shark

Nice knife
Really nice, smooth solid knife. It feels good in the hand and it holds quite a few extra blades plus it has the sheath. Pretty great.

Great knife.
The Secure utility knife is packed with convenient and functional features. It has an integrated magnetic Utility Blade Holder and magazine to keep the blade secure when closing or locking the knife. Designed with comfort in mind, it has an ergonomic grip. The Quick utility knife has a large thumb wheel for easy one-hand opening. It is specially designed for roofing and flooring tasks, capable of cutting through different materials. The knife comes with a holster and belt clip for easy carrying.

Good knife, sheath is too big
The Ox is nearly identical to the Cutterex knife with the only noticible difference being the blue locking wheel on the Ox versus the gold on the Cutterex. It's a good, simple, comfortable knife but I have to knock a star off for the sheath. The sheath is just too big so the knife rattles around and can fall out. Not what you want when the blade is always exposed. The sheath is very similar to the Occidental hard plastic one but without the pencil holder. Same manufacturer maybe? You can stick a few pieces of tape on the inside to make it hold the knife better, but a better fitting sheath is the right solution.

Holster is clearly not made for this knife…totally unsafe
I honestly thought maybe i was missing something when I opened and assembled a blade into this knife. But nope, apparently not. The extra blades are stored inside the knife, and are magnetic to keep them in place both for use and additional blade storage which is handy. However, when a blade is placed for use, it is exposed and cannot be retracted without again disassembling and taking the blade out and storing. The holster that came with the knife is not made for this knife, and that is obvious by the fact that the knife just rattles around and would easily just fall out. This is incredibly unsafe for an exposed blade utility knife.Apart from the lack of safety, the knife itself arrived looking like it had been tossed across a concrete floor several times, with an excess of scratches all over the metal handle. It’s fairly weighty in hand, so I’m sure it can stand up to quite a bit, but it’s disappointing to receive an item that looks like it’s been in someone’s tool box for years already.I wouldn’t recommend, based mainly on the fact that the holster is useless. There are better options available that have properly fitted holsters and would actually be safe to carry on a belt or store elsewhere without worry.
