Sturdy, looks nice1. No leaking or sputtering, it has an airtight seal because it's a thermos so you need to press the dispensing mechanism before you tip it.2. Again, it's a thermos, so it needs to be preheated before you use it. I fill it with hot tapwater only for the amount of time that my coffee is brewing and 24 hours later any left is still mildly warm. It stays piping hot for at least 10 hours.3. Because it has an airtight seal the lid stiffens a bit for the last quarter turn, as it should.For anyone who likes to drink coffee throughout the day this is perfect. I take off 1/2 of a star because I wish the opening was a little bit bigger for cleaning, or the cleaning wand that came with it had a bulkier silicone part.

I replaced my broken thermos with this one and hoped it would work as well. In fact it works much better. T I make in the morning holds all the way through lunch time. Strong construction works very well. One word of caution. Do not try and twist the top back on using the lever but actually hold the top.

We had an old glass lined thermal carafe that fell apart because of age. Searching for a replacement we decided to get this stainless steel Heritage66 thermal carafe. After using it for a month to make and dispense our hot morning tea, we really like it. There are days when we keep hot tea in it for over 6 hours. Of course the tea isn't steaming hot, but it's still plenty warm & doesn't need reheating in our microwave. The dispensing lid works very well. Cleaning it isn't difficult with the included brush and it always looks clean.

Used it today for the first time. Kept my coffee hot. Adding a scrub brush is a nice touch as the opening is quite constricted. One star deducted because even with the opening lever fully retracted, the liquid comes out in a narrow stream. A couple of my guests were sure they were doing something wrong as the "coffee isn't coming out". It was, but not like you'd expect. Small issue - overall, good product.

As soon as I got the carafe I boiled water, poured it in and put the lid on. After 12 hours I tested the water and it was still hot! Hot enough that if it was coffee in the carafe, my hot COFFEE LOVING husband said it would definitely satisfy him!!!

It’s the perfect size for 1 person. Keep liquids warm for a long time. Easy to clean and store.

This item along with all the others I have tried lose their thermal characteristic after a dozen or so uses within a year. I have abandoned the entire industry as too substandard to bother with.

I have had this for a month now- not the best.Easy to dispense—. Terrible! I have started taking the lid off to pour! Splatters and soo slow. To get somewhat easy stream, can not shut lid all the way.Easy to clean- no. You can’t stick your hand in to clean and the cleaning stick is rubber.Does not keep hot for 12 hrs. I would say up to 5-6.Would not buy again.

The delivered vacuum-sealed Thermos Flask is not working as it was intended. hot water, coffee, and karak tea all get cold fast.
