Just, wow. When I ordered this to wear to a weekend trip to the Wizarding World theme park in Orlando, I was not expecting much. As a Floridian, I know how grueling this heat is, and wanted a fashionable way to keep my hair up. As a (now) proud Slytherin, this obviously caught my eye. I was expecting a cheap chunk of plastic that would break on day 2, but it’s actually a relatively heavy metal with a really pretty marbled looking faux green jade inlay! The clip even holds up all of my hair (which is no easy feat!), which is rare for any and all hair clips. Also, it’s got a very tight grip, so once it’s in, it’s staying put. I’m thoroughly impressed with this clip and it’s so freaking cute too. I can’t wait to wear it to the park!

I’d only wear it around the house, I certainly wouldn’t drive with it in my hair as it’s fairly hefty aluminum - I’ve seen what a break check paired with a plastic claw hair clip can do… otherwise it’s very pretty and I also have 32 inch thick curly hair, the clip holds it all.

Very heavy and hold long hair very well. The paint job is not the best but for the price and because it functions well its worth it's price. This is a very heavy and sturdy clip, would work great for hair thicker than mine too.

This has become my favorite hair clip! Not only is it gorgeous with the twisting design, it’s also quite strong and sturdy. I have quite a lot of hair and not once has it loosened its grip. This is probably one of the best claw clips I have. Overall 10/10 recommend!!

The paint to color the green parts of the snake had dripped outside of where intended and the claw came bent. It works fine, just can get caught.

Its held up against a toddler the last few months with no issues at all. My wife wears it pretty regularly and its still very shiny and looks beautiful.

I guess I didn't realize this would be metal when I bought it. It's a heavier hair clip and does best if you have alot of thick hair. The color of the snake and the detail are great though. I'll be able to wear this more when my hair grows out a bit.

I was a bit skeptical when I hit the ‘order confirmation’ button. Product arrived… I like it. Received compliments. Feels like it has weight but does not hurt when I use it as a hair clip. Recommend
