Simple and easy to install
I ordered these curatin rods because they would fit the 100" width I needed...but when the box was delivered by Amazon, I was surprised to see it was about 18" and was just certain that something, somewhere, had gone sideways. When I opened the box I was surprised to see that the adjustable rod actually had short lengths that could be screwed together and I am very pleased to say they are amazinging sturdy, easy to install, and very attractive. The rods are holding heavy thermal/blackout curtains.When you're putting them together, remember to twist both sides of the individual pieces and make sure you've got them aligned neatly. The two end pieces are curved and there two specific rod pieces in the box that are meant to fit over them. Once you have that sorted it's really easy to get the whole rod together and on the wall!

Custom look without the price
These were exactly what I was looking for to complete our office. These look expensive and are very sturdy. Our curtain panels are thick and heavy, and these rods do a great job with absolutely no sagging.

Simple thread solution
The thread connection on this rod is inserted really poorly making it difficult to screw together. Grab a heavier tool and give the silver portion of the thread a few firm taps to solve this. Just make sure it’s even before you begin threading. Problem solved.

Looks great!
Really like this purchase. Using for a window width of about 3 ft. Doesn’t sag, as I was concerned based on other reviews. Great quality. Only downside is you can’t easily take off your curtains to clean unless you have particular hooks.

Surprized!!
When he package arrived I thought a rod that was in multiple pieces would be returned because I thouht it would be too flimsey! As it turned out they are very strong and worked very well for my 5 plus feet wide blackout curtains.

Not sturdy and far too much light gaps
As mentioned by others as opposed to two longer rods that telescope there are a number of smaller rods that you screw together which in theory would lead to a sturdier product but the threading is poor so it bows in places. Also mentioned by others the entire purpose of this style of curtain rod is to make blackout curtains more effective but that is not how these were designed at all. Returned and would not recommend.
