This is THE BOOK if you are a new trainer, seasoned trainer or are in the process of developing a training department for your company. Regardless as to the size of your training department, this is your resource. I purchase a copy of this book for each new trainer we bring onboard and we use it as a resource for our in-house training discussion meetings. I especially like this 2nd edition and the first was very good, this 2nd is even better.
