Good product
This manufacturer has a great product. I am very please with the quality for the price. I have a number of them.An other issue which was caused by the delivery company that Amazon hired to bring this order to our house should be fired for just leaving five boxes all over the driveway in the pouring rain when there was a front roof over wrap around area they could of put these boxes. Instead the boxes wet with water inside. If I didn’t arrive home at that time this product would have been destroyed.I give Amazon a failing grade for this delivery.

Great value
Coming from a lazyboy recliner, this chair is definitely firmer. That's not a bad thing and I'm sure it'll break in a bit. It supports you much better. The closest I can compare it to is if you've ever been in a Mercedes S Class (particularly with the Nappa quilted option). Similar to that, it wraps around you and you can easily spend hours in it without getting fatigued. It's not a chair you "fall into" like a lazyboy though.Setup was easy and I really liked the way it was packaged. I had no issue hauling each piece up a flight of stairs by myself (although I encourage you to remove it all from the boxes to make your life easier). Once it's put together, however, it's a beast and requires two people to move.I know others have questioned whether it's really leather. It passes the smell, feel, and looks test... which is hardly scientific. However, if it passes that it's at least high enough quality to make you forget it might not be leather. I suspect it is though. It should be noted it's definitely on the smaller side. I'm 180lbs and 5'6''. There's more than enough room around the waist/seat. However, my legs do extend past the foot rest a bit. If you're especially tall or big, that may be a concern for you.Overall I'm pretty pleased with the purchase. The fact I can compare it to an S Class seat (at least without massage/heating/cooling) is pretty impressive. I really recommend it.On a side note, I wondered if I could buy another tray so I reached out to support. They were awesome and even pointed out it's sold on Amazon too.

Feels high end, love the table/trays , powers headrests!
Really nice. The leather feels great. They were a bit overstuffed feeling at first but they settle in after only a few days of use. Very comfy for my family. Love the headrests and being able move them in and out. Would like them to recline slightly more. But very happy with them for a third the cost as big name brands. I will say if you’re super tall you legs may hang off this more than normal. Not sure. My family is not tall. But daughters boyfriends legs were hanging off so check that, if you have a super tall family. Feel like the dimensions were pretty normal but not sure. Love the tables they come with. Things things are well built and feel pretty close to high end (expensive) products I’ve tried in the past. Now I need to replace my back row.

Very Comfortable Recliner
Very comfortable recliner with adjustable headrest to maximize the viewing of our flat screen TV. Really love the built in removable tray feature. This makes it very easy to have a snack, drink or a full meal while watching the game. Very easy to clean the leather with a quick wipe. Also easy to move when cleaning the room to get all the dog hair and dust bunnies.Install was very easy and the cost is definitely a value for this Great, Functional piece of furniture.

Looks just like the picture
Difficult to put together and once it’s put together even more difficult to move 😅other than that, I would’ve given it five stars

Beautiful product with a shipping issue
Just received this today, and it is half-awesome!Half, because one of the seats we received was labeled incorrectly as a left hand facing seat, but both seats were right hand facing. My wife put together the half of the loveseat that she could and tried it out, and she LOVES it.I'll update this review when the seller responds with a solution so that everybody will know what kind of customer service to expect. If they respond and ship out the correct piece quickly, I'll update this to a 5 star review. If it takes a long time or they're difficult to deal with, I'll make sure to update for that too.UPDATE: After taking a closer look at the seats, I realized that by reversing a couple of brackets and repositioning a couple wires, I could turn one of the right facing seats into a left facing seat. Took me about 20 minutes to get it all dialed in. Minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things, and not worth docking a star for. Customer service did get back to me same day, but by the time they did, I already had it solved and set up. Got to take this loveseat for a test drive last night, and I really like it.The power reclining and power headrest features are smooth and quiet. The lighted cup-holders and multi-color foot lights are a fun novelty that can be turned on an off. The cupholders don't change color to match the foot lights. They'll always be blue, while the foot lights have 6 or 7 different color options. Each seat has it's own separate power supply and wall plug, so be prepared for that. Might need to plan on a power strip. The storage arms are big enough to store the tray tables, and the side pockets are super deep. Still figuring out the best place to keep remotes where they'll be convenient to reach. The leather feels thick and of good quality. The seat and back cushions are on the firm side, but I'm sure they'll wear in a little over time. Between the cup holder and the tray table socket, there's a lot of hard stuff at the ends of the narrow armrests, so they're not super comfortable, but it's a trade off for the conveniences. The seats are surprisingly wide for it being a smaller unit. My wife and I are not particularly narrow people, and there was comfortably room for both of us with a Dachshund in between. The matching throw pillows are a nice decorative touch, but you don't need them to sit comfortably. Ours wound up on the floor by the end of the night.A note for tall people: This is a compact unit designed to fit into RV's and be space-efficient in home theater settings. I'm 6'2", and the footrest when reclining all the way back stops about mid calf. My traditional reclining loveseat in the living room extends to about my ankles. The headrest is similarly designed for people slightly shorter than me. In order to take advantage of the tilt-out power headrest, I have to skooch down a little, which puts my legs further out over the footrest. I don't mind it, I got what I expected, but I can't imagine a person any taller than me being comfortable on this.
