Key was no good.
Key was not recognized when programming/would not program. Made multiple attempts with two programmers. Autel im608 Pro and AutoProPad.

Perfect!
Honestly the programming didn't work but i took out the old chip and the blade and put it to the new one and the new chip i didn't need that one just the new battery and key fob and just put it back together and it worked bcz with the old chip was already programmed with the car and period.

Mitsubishi has several styles of keys that fit a single car.
I liked the quality of the key. The only downside is getting the right blade type and the remote portion does not program. Check very carefully before you order the wrong type and sometimes when you find the right type and order, you still get the wrong key. It is a hit or miss but very inexpensive compared to OEM keys. I have tried several methods to program they remote part but seller could post some information on it if it is available to them. The locksmith can program the ignition portion after they cut the key but the remote is another problem.

Not all keys are equal
I have to be more careful when I buy car keys for Mitsubishi outlander sport with microchips inside because not all keys can be programmable specially when they don't have FCC frequencies and not OEM . Price is not the only solution $ 25 for 2 sets was to good to be trueMy opinion buy original parts with logo and everything .save a lot of time and grief

Really love this key cover. Fit my 2012 Mitsubishi perfectly. So easy to put on. Great fix if you break the key ring attachment, on your car key. Just wished they were a bit more durable; this is my 3rd purchase.

Does not fit
I was really hopeful for this key but was disappointed. It does not fit my 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander. The product is a quality product but it does not fit.

May not work
Ordered for my 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander. The Part/Number in the Amazon description is the exact same part number that I got from a Mitsubishi dealer for the OEM part (6370A148).When I received the key I took it Ito an Automotive Locksmith (as recommended in the description) along with my only remaining fully working original key. He put my original key and the key from Amazon in a Locksmith’s key reader and told me that they were not the same Chip and therefore could not be cloned. I am not sure if the issue was my vehicle being a Canadian Mitsubishi Outlander but this key didn’t work for me and I had to return it and buy a Very expensive OEM key and have the dealer program it.
