I never write reviews but thought a real quick review could help others. Setup was mostly straightforward. 2 people when lifting the pool up is critical to save time. Definitely prep your ground. When filling the sides will bow in. No worries..... the last 10% of water will straighten out. We'll see if it holds up but so far. Exactly what I expected.

The support for this product is terrible. I have gotten nothing but the run around from their support. I purchased the pool is January of this year 2024. I set the pool up in mid May. We are now 3 days into June and all 4 of the corner pieces have cracks in them. One is splitting so badly that it looks like it is about to rip apart. I contacted the company via their website and after several days heard nothing back from them. I called the number and they only have a 30 day warranty on the product. I now have to purchase the corner pieces from them if they have any in stock. Meanwhile, I have a pool that might come apart at any time. I will never deal with these people again. I advise that you not purchase this pool. In addition to this the filter that comes with the pool is very undersized for this size of pool. This is a cheap POS pool but an index and spend the extra money.Adding an update after several attempts to contact them I finally have a response and apparently, I cannot get parts for this item and am not able to order them or return it. I strongly not buying anything from this seller / company. Apparently, even when I purchased this item from them it had been discontinued yet this was mentioned nowhere in the ad for this item when they had it listed on this site. I would like to know if they ever planned to honor any type of issue with this or even provide any support. Then they responded with more of the same and then admit they do not have the parts for the pool. The funniest part of all of it is in all of these emails they are asking me to buy additional products from them. I would buy anything from these people. I love this pool, super spacious, I can even swim to the other side. Set up was really easy. It is definitely a 2 person job, due to the weight of it. And getting the poles to slid into the pool itself. But over all, definitely worth the money.

the ladder is complete trash, super wobbly and feels unsafe although i have been using it with caution. liner is super thick and sturdy, filter pump is not the best but definitely better than nothing. been using algae control and shock to keep the water clean, definitely order more filters. to clean the filter i have to put a ziploc bag with rubber band around the nozzle leading to the filter, shut off pump and open filter, water will spill, be quick and hose off the filter and put back in, then take bag off and turn filter back on, there is no shut off valve included with the pool. overall i'm very happy with this purchase, i use the pool everyday after work because this texas heat is killing me

Easy setup, perfect for my family!!

Unfortunately, when the pool arrived it had a cut on the bottom on the bottom of the pool, it was a huge pool so I didn't see it until after I have put it together and already started filling up the pool. Needless say, it began leaking and I had to empty the water that I already put in so that I could use the patch kit that the pool came it. I patched the outside and the inside of the pool to make sure that the hole would no longer leak. I began filling the pool again and at about half way full the internal patch came off. I waited a day to see if the external patch would hold up but it did not. Needless to say, I returned it and will not and can not reorder. Amazon no longer has them available.

Was the perfect size for our small backyard. The ladder could be better. Kids probably wouldn't have trouble using it.

The good part of the review- package arrived in one giant box on a pallet. Good communication by email and text about specific date and time package would arrive. Deliver driver left it under my carport since it was raining that day. Very nice design on pool liner, seems like very thick vinyl (only when we use and fill up will be able to determine that!).The bad review Very small thin booklet with very vague set up instructions. One video said 30min set up. Took over 3 hrs with 5 people working to get the frame up. Pool frame locking pins had to be adjusted ourselves because they were pushed into the poles and not ready to use on a few of the poles. Then the liner didn't align up with the frame as we connected it so we had to feel and guess where the push pins was to get it connected. The last horizontal pole of the frame was very long, 6-8inches to long, so there was no way to connect it.There is no customer service number to call and get assistance only emails so no quick response. Then the sand filter and pump had very vague instructions, most of the pipes that came with the pool kit didn't even fit the pool filter. I had to use my own pipes from last pool and adapters to connect it all together. Still have to figure out how to stop one very tiny leak on the pipe where the water goes into the sand filter because no adapter I have found will fit it to get a good seal. If I didn't get these pool at a decent price during winter and I had already put so much time and effort into this I would be returning this. Pool filter not able to keep up with such a large pool.
