I put a piece of large cardboard on the ground to lie on and make it easy. Original light pops out, unplug the wires, plug in the logo light and snap back in to the door. Presto! Bright, clear, colorful BMW logo on the ground under the door. That's 2 minutes. Repeat on the other front door for a total of 5 minutes. I bought the set of 4 lights for my 2010 e90 328i base model sedan, and didn't check to see that the back doors have no lights! OK, so I have 2 spares, or 2 to share with a friend. They didn't cost much, and the oem are about $120 each... so I'm quite satisfied!

Here is what I think of this:2018 BMW F30 330EPROS:1. Easy to install. Take off the stock light and pull out the connector. Plug this in and snap it back in place.2. Extremely bright3. Installation for my BMW 550i was extremely easy using the tool provided. Use tool on opposite end of bulb placement in holder to remove light housing, otherwise it will be a struggle. Using this technique the OEM door light removes easily. Remainder of installation was plug and play and the Ghost Shadow Light snapped in place without any problems. I installed all 4 lights in approximately 20 minutes. I was impressed at the brightness of lighting and crisp details of emblems. These lights will add a classy touch to your BMW!

The hardest part of installing these was remove the BMW lights. After that, a snap. They are coded L and R so that helps as well. Show nicely at night. Now, waiting to see if they do not last as some reviewers stated.

This was extremely easy to install. It's very bright and clear. I took away a star because I expected the ground projection to be larger like it was on my Mercedes-Benz. All in all, it will do for now.

Fit perfectly in my 2021 X3. I first ordered the lights with the long nose for the plug. Nope didn’t fit. Would have had to make modifications. Kept on looking and found this brand and they fit perfectly. The lights are marked right and left side so you can install on the proper side. This pic was during the day after installing. Look even better at night.

Looks and works great! Lots of compliments from anyone who sees it! For the price there are no complaints.

The lights fit perfectly, very easy to install they even came with a tool to remove the original lights. I would definitely buy from them again.
