It took 5 hours for me to install it. Directions are super simple. But I have a pain in the ass door. The moving parts are very sensitive. I had to open up the hole in the door quite a bit. It’s easy to use. It has not told be ahead of time if the battery is going dead. That’s annoying. Batteries last about three months. Batteries are very simple to change. I’m glad I got it.

The media could not be loaded. I really wanted to like this product. I liked that I could put in multiple codes. I like that I could send a link to specific people and they could have their own code and I would be able to see who had used the code and. I also really liked the unlock feature, which is supposed to let you have a fence Around your home and when you come to the door with a phone that is connected to that Geo fence you knock on the lock and it unlocks without having to enter a code. I thought this would be a great feature for my senior father, who lives with me and who sometimes Needs to get in the house for a quickly and will struggle if there’s too many buttons to push. I like that. Unfortunately, after having it installed for less than a year, it ends up going through batteries every week, our week and a half. According to the website, according to the manual, the batteries should last six months. I’ve checked all the settings, I’ve sent emails and asked for support from the company. They don’temail back, they don’t respond to request for support. And I have had to replace the batteries every week or we and a half for the past three months. Or else I come home and my door is unlocked because the batteries died again. Brand new batteries, that I test to make sure they are fully charged. They are fully charged, but the locked is not old. It’s charge.Y

Bought this but didn't get a chance to install for a couple months. When I did the install went smooth. The app seems ok. Unfortunately, I can not get the lock to connect to the app. I used the provided batteries and then tried brand new batteries. Then I called the customer support number in the app but the call was never answered. I sent an email, depending on the response I may change this review.update: Email was responded to but not before a CSR through Amazon contacted me so I dealt with them. A replacement unit was sent out and it works as described, thank you.

Such a great beautiful looking smart-lock!As soon as I found out that there is a same lock but with fingerprint on it, I ordered it asap. And this one with just a passcode I put on the back door. Without even thinking or returning. Fingerprint is the best way to use smart lock and to get in the house! Working perfect! Looking great, beautiful design, and touch is so sensitive! Works great as well. Love the lock by one touch, but would be better if I just could press the okay✔️ button to lock it. So I don't have to wait for it to lock! So I could just press and go! Saves time! But other than that it's pretty amazing! Love that it tells me every single thing that occurs with the smartlock. Door locked, opened, closed, unlocked, manually or automatically, with passcode or by the key or the fingerprint! Awesome! Love that the fingerprint version has its own battery that I can take out and recharge. Saved money on that! Best lock for the money I ever spent! And feels premium! My landlord loved it!
