I needed a 5G phone, but I didn't need all the fancy bells & whistles. My carrier is T-Mobile, and on the box it says AT&T. I was worried it wouldn't work with my T-Mobile sim card, but it does. The seller really meant it: It's unlocked. No problems sending or receiving. The smartphone asks if you want to transfer everything from your old phone to the new one by USB cable or WiFi. There were some issues with some apps, so I opted to use a USB cable. The phone works. The A13 is lighter than the 4G Pixel and the 4G Moto G Power, and it's faster (5G). What I LOVE about this smartphone is its fingerprint unlock. It's instantaneous. And it also has face unlock & Pin number unlock. The camera has multiple formats: 1:1, 9:16, full-frame, 3:4, and 3:4 @ 50mp. My flagship smartphone can't even do these things I mentioned.

This A13 seems to work with T-Mobile. My A14 dual sim version did not play well wit T-Mobile.

Phone is locked to at&t and the title needs to be changed. i'm so sick of the lies on this site. there are ZERO of them in my state and thus I cannot use this phone. listing is bordering on a scam.
