Love this microwave drawer. I broke my shoulder a few years ago and can not raise it fully, so having a microwave drawer was safer for me instead of having hot things above my 4'10" height.The microwave works beautifully. My only complaint is the roughness that was displayed by the delivery man. Upside down and handled rough i was afraid it wouldn't work as I saw him throwing things around in truck.Love all the features.

I purchased this microwave to go in our kitchen renovation. Of course things got delayed and by the time it finally came to appliance installation, when the microwave was installed by our electrician, he realized it was damaged and we were past the return window. The microwave can open and close but there is no display on the screen and the other buttons don’t work. I have tried to contact the seller multiple times to request help and have had ZERO response. Extremely frustrated at the waste of money and total lack of customer service.

The media could not be loaded. So far I bought during prime. The cabinet too. Microwave was unboxed and lifted into cabinet and plugged into its outlet. It powered up, the drawer opened I removed packing material from it. Pushed button to close door and microwave died right then. This is a huge purchase for me. Had to miss a day of work so a day of pay to wait for delivery. Now the maker Summit appliances wants a receipt for proof of purchase. Amazon seems resistant to allowing this. If the service person does come I will have to miss another day of work for this. Have yet to get anyone on the phone. I will update if customer service ever connects with the customer.
