Loud and Clear
Really like this thing. Easy use and good volume and clarity. Like the metal boxes, kind of retro looking.The description said cord was 119 inches. Much shorter. More like 119 cm. I used a 3.5 mm audio jack/audio extension cable from Amazon for my use. Would buy again.

Window Intercom
It didn't work like I was hoping it would. The cord was not as long as I hoped it would be. It would be a dream if it were cordless. I decided to use it for my office at work instead, and it's worked out great. I use it as an open line, where I can continually hear at all times. That let's me know when there's something that needs to be addressed in the next room, this way I don't have to continually go check.

Dated device
This feels like something from the 70's. Simple design and relatively easy to use. It works fine but completely wired and you must run the cord from receiver to receiver. It has a continuous setting where one receiver picks up the sound from the other and it is constantly on (not like a walkie talkie that you press a button to talk). So it would be easy to "eavesdrop" on one end of the receivers with out them knowing. This can be turned off but not what I was hoping for. Priced high for this to not be wireless

exactly as shown and described
The intercom is one way, made if metal not plastic, feels durable like something made before the world changed to all plastic. The item feels heavy duty and like it will last for years. The speak end has buttons on it andthe power source, the speaker end is mounted on a wall so that it works as a one way intercom.I was surprised with the quality of this item when it arrived and was expeciting something of lessew quality and then this commercial quality item arrived and made my day. This is a high quality intercom.

Nice intercom
Intercom is very nice, high quality materials, Very loud, nice quality audio from the microphones. The intercom has a wide range of adjustability and very nice auxiliary inputs and outputs. Is Lee set up to where you can just use one button to control everything and easy enough to install just about anybody can do it. Recommended

A decent intercom system
as others have said, this is not a walkie-talkie (not portable), it is a proper intercom system. It is wired and requires a bit of install to get setup correctly and working. That being said, its a decent intercom system, allowing two different locations to talk with each other effortlessly. The speakers are loud enough to hear and have decent clarity you can understand whats being said. The mics could be better, but at the end of the day, you can communicate, which is the point.
