Had a fever and the mint was minting. Made my patched for head cold. Another time it was crazy hot at work, put the patch on my upper back between my shoulder blades, the patch was warm (my bad, had it in my pocket) but that hot day I wasn't too hot. The sensation of cooling was there even though I kept it warm??? Idk what that's about. But next day it was a cooler temp and I didn't use it. But I noticed I sweated a lot more and complained of being hot more 🤷‍♀️

I use these cool strips for migraine relief. I use them both on my forehead and on the back of my neck. You can also cut them into smaller pieces to stick on your temples. They are a GREAT value for the cost. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they did not stick as well as the Be Kool name brand strips, however you get more than double the amount of strips at similar pricing to the BeKool ones, and that makes them more than good enough for me.

Marvelous product, the size is just perfect, it sticks to the forehead perfectly. I highly recommend this product.

After trying a more expensive brand that my husband bought me, I decided to try this brand to save a couple of bucks. First of all, if you’re going to use these, make sure that you’re not going to be up and walking around. The stickiness on this product could use help. Definitely doesn’t stay on my skin unless I’m couch-potatoed for the day. The size of these patches are average and works well for my needs. I usually place one on my head, another on each shoulder and one on the back of my neck. You do get a decent amount of patches, but honestly, these are not the best quality. The eucalyptus scent isn’t very strong which is a negative for me. The coldness doesn’t last very long either. You can put the product in the refrigerator for extra cooling, but even then the coolness doesn’t last long. I will probably go back to the other brand that I used, but this product may work better for others. I would say, give these a try. They’re not the worst, but certainly not the best.

Have purchased many of these for my migraines. This time the packaging has changed and the product inside the package was definitely not the same as before. It has a strong mint smell. The product does not adhere very well and does not stay on your forehead for more than 10 or 15 minutes. Also, it does not even help with my migraines at all like it did before. The previous product helped my migraine and at least took some head pressure and pain away. This does nothing at all. Highly dissatisfied.
