I don't usually give reviews but they say they will give me a gift if I do. So... here is my review of the Berennis 16GB MP3 player. I'm going to be fair, and list my good and bad impressions. I have had it for three days.My first thought on opening the box was: Wow it's so tiny! My second thought was: there is no way I could ever watch a movie or read a book on that tiny screen. But I bought it for music, not videos or books. It feels good and sturdy, not cheap.I was glad to see it had a user manual. I'd have liked one with more detail, but that's just me. So far it has covered what I need. (Note: I haven't tried to use the Bluetooth or video).This player has a lot of features, especially considering the price. I did a bit of research prior to choosing it and had expected to pay more. The deciding factors for purchasing this item were the built-in-speaker, price, functions and the overall good reviews.It was very easy to load my music from the computer, although it is showing the wrong album cover for some albums. but I think I can fix that and it isn't really a big deal.The earbuds work ok, and have two different sizes. Sound on them is good, but I won't be using them much because earphones always hurt my ears.I mainly got it to play music in my car via USB port and on my desk. It works great in the car. The sound is good and it meshes with my car's audio program just fine.If you use the speaker the sound isn't the greatest, but it is good enough for what I need. It can be cranked up to a higher volume than expected. I have a tiny workspace and this will work out for me.I'm pleased I got it and think I got a lot of value for the price.

I bought this player for air travel. I wanted to listen to my tunes but not drain my cell phone battery (I only use my smart phone for making text\voice calls and light web surfing and app usage Uber etc).Pros: Simple usage, non-vendor specific, PC computer sees it has a USB removable storage device. It does not require any special software or app to use. Though it may require initial drivers for a PC. I cannot remember because my initial experience was painless and fast for loading my tunes. Great value, and priceCons: I cannot think of anyThe simple method to upload Mp3 songs is you plug it in your computer. The computer sees it as a removable USB drive and you copy files to it. It also charges via the USB cable. It does not require any special flaky app to copy files, or anything vendor specific. To the computer (PC) it is an USB removable storage device.You can create sub folders to organize your tunes, you can repeat, skip etc with the menu. The on/off wake button takes a little while to get use to but is really simple. It is a simple non-vendor specific Mp3 player.Depending on your usage a full charge usually lasts me about 8 - 10 hours of play time.It has a nice bright display. Some people may complain about the small storage size of 16GB but for my usage it is plenty. Before a flight I load it up with tunes, fully charge it, and enjoy. It is not a storage device for storing all of your tunes just the ones you need at that moment for the flight or workout etc.The volume control and output is plenty loud enough even at 1/4 on the dial. I use this device with the wired noise cancellation Audio Technica headphones (also reviewed on Amazon) for air travel. This device comes with a nice little travel pouch with cables and it fits perfectly inside the hard case of the headphones.Overall I am very happy with this normal simple standard Mp3 player. It costs a lot less than drinking Apple Cool-Aide and does not require any special buggy, flaky apps to use.

I'm a very active person and walk around pretty much all day. Mostly I do so while playing a little known phone game called Pokemon Go. While hunting rare imagined creatures, I like to listen to the lastest Stephen King novel, some sweet music, or Dames and Dragons (a great DandD podcast, look it up). While I love my iPod shuffle, I didn't love having to wear wired ear buds. I especially didn't enjoy having to unplug my iPod shuffle to plug into my phone to answer my mom's call so I could keep playing my game.Finally, one day, I had a brilliant idea. Bluetooth headphones!!!Problem was, iPod shuffle doesn't do Bluetooth. I could use my phone but I don't really want to use my battery up.Enter the Berennis MP3 player.It does in fact do Bluetooth and does it quite well. I've been using it for almost a week and it's not jealous of my headphones' relationship with my phone at all. If I get a phone call from mom, I can easily pause whatever crazy thing I'm listening too so I can answer her.Now while the sound is very clear for the most part, I have noticed if I put the player in my back pocket or too far away from my headphones, sometimes the audio skips like a scratched CD.The program to manage your media files is not nice as IOS media program. I mean, there isn't one. The player acts more like a flash drive so you'll have to sort, download, and add stuff yourself. Not a problem for a nerd like me but not for everyone.For now I'm using my phone for my podcasts and this player for audio books.I LOVE the features on the player. When using the Ipod shuffle, sometimes I would loose my place and have to spend and hour trying to find my spot. With Berennis, I can make BOOKMARKS!!! Or, failing that, I can use the display (it has a screen!!!!) to fast forward to excactly where I left off.Another great thing is that I can delete stuff from the player on the player!!!!I like how it's not too big and it feels strong and not flimsy at all even though it doesn't cost as much as a new car. I do wish it had a clip of some sort.It's also cool of you guys, (speaking to the Berennis makers) to include the screen protector WITH the player.Battery life is pretty good.I haven't even had the chance to try everything out yet (videos, ebooks, etc) but so far it's a nice little player, especially for the price.

Bad experience. When I started it, I opened bluetooth and it got hanged. Just won't do anything after that. I tried everything, but won't budge. Also, product looks a little smaller from the images. Won't recommend and looking forward to replacement.

Easy to add music to the SD card. Bought for my 7 and 8 year olds they love them. Easy to use and great that they can have speaker as well as headphones. Very happy keeps them away from all app on an iPod.

La construcción me gusta, el volumen es muy pobre, trae sus ecualizaciones y son buenas, no excelentes, buenas a secas, la app tiene ciertas configuraciones complicadas para poner bucles o repeticiones no lo puedes hacer intuitivamente, tienes que entrar a un menú separado, muy inconveniente y hay que buscarle para encontrarloEn fin... por el precio cumple y esta "bonito", pesa más que mi celular eso si, así que para salir a correr... como que te baja el short...
