Great product
My car has several dents, which makes me feel unhappy. I have been looking for tools that can fix those dents easily. I know it if I go to a bodyshop for the dents, they will charge hundreds of dollars easily. So I tried this tool kit, which includes all the tools needed for repairing the dent, from small to big sizes. There are videos about how to use the tool kit, which is easy to follow. After a few practices, I fixed my car dents with it, which is very satisfying. I'm sure this tool kit will be useful for a long time. As you can't predict what will happen to your car. Love it!

GREAT Started Kit. Worthless directions.
GREAT starter kit. I did not buy the more expensive kit because the light board in it had bad reviews. I purchased a light board separately and already had a hammer puller. Both items are very useful. The worst part about this kit are the directions, which are worthless. Spend an hour or two on the internet / YouTube to learn about PDR and how to use the items in the kit. Pay particular attention to how to use the glue. How you put it on, how much to put on and how long to let it sit before pulling are key. But even more important is which glue to use. In a 60 degree garage the yellow glue worked very well for me, but the black glue was just a mess. I have had mixed success with this kit on an old car that my children drive to school. It has a large variety of dents from superficial to demolition derby worthy. The small and medium dents are already fixed. The deep gashes and dents that have creased details in the hood, doors and edges of the wheel wells are giving me more trouble, but I am learning. I have found patience is the key. I will update this review with pictures of my car after I make all the mistakes on the car that seems to get a new dent once a day at the high school.

It works, good product
This is a good product that works if you follow the instructions and are patient. It can be tedious and sometimes takes multiple attempts to get a dent pulled out. It gets easier and faster once you get the feel for it. I just make sure I clean the surface good, use the black glue sticks ( purchased extra on Amazon for 10 bucks), have plenty of light ( I wear a headband light), use the hand held puller, then get down at eye level as I’m pulling. Sometimes I pull gradually, then let off, and pull again. You can kind of see how much u are pulling it out as you go. It’s not like there was never a dent, but you can get it out enough so you really don’t notice it. Better than spending thousands at a body shop in my opinion.

Glue & tabs are junk.
The metal tools are well made and work well, but the glue sticks are useless. They stick like heck to the car but not to the plastic pulling tabs. The pulling tabs are also super flimsy so they kind of buckle and tear away from the glue at the middle rather than pulling evenly.Get the one from east wood company.I just ordered the monster red glue sticks on Amazon for another $25 and I'm looking for better tabs.

GARBAGE
This product doesn't pull dents out but it will pull your paint off. The pullers just pop off even if you put a bunch of hot glue on top of and around the puller it still just pops off. I tried all 3 of the different kinds of hot glue it comes with and all three are trash.

Easier than expected
Was way better than I expected. I did a lot of research and youtube watching before purchasing. Needed to pull many dents out of an old motorcycle tank. Back when they made them a lot stronger! Instructions were straight forward and I followed them without issue. I was quite surprised at how easy it was but it can be meticulous. The giant dent took about 12 pulls before I got it where I wanted it. There are many small dents that will take longer just due to volume. There was also a dent on the side with a V crease that is now hardly noticeable. I used both the Metal Puller and Bridge Puller at same time to speed up process by setting multiple tips at once. as you can see in the picture. This dent was deep and took a bit of effort to get out and I wish I had also bot the T bar as it probably would have been easier then fine tune it with the puller kit. Finally, I am not sure how to clean the tips. Theory is to use alcohol since it works to remove melted clue from the vehicle but theory also says it mayalso prevent the glue from sticking good to the tips. I proved both theories. I had a number of pulls where the tip simply pulled away from the glue and do not know if it was the result of cleaning them before next round. I just started using a pick to pull the chunks off. In any case for the cost it did exactly what I needed it to do even if I were to use it only once. However, I see this kit being a round a long time!
