Really great grater
Very well made. Easy to clean… does a beautiful job !!

Bigger And Beefier Than Grandma's Box Grater
It is. It's a bit bigger in size, with slightly convex curved sides, thicker/heavier metal overall, and it's more sturdy than Grandma's box grater. Handle is more ergonomic, being cylindrical rather than a flat strap as some have had. You can bear down on this if needed.Price was well under a 10-spot (6) for the black one, apparently it dipped just long enough for me to see it and buy it. Yea! It's now at just under 12. Others that are either identical, and only the branding appears to be different, or similar ones are more, or much more. They won't be any better. Of course I would buy it at its current price. I was pleasantly surprised that is was so well made.. I have seen flimsy-ish ones in the past that kind of bend in a little when grating very firm things. It won't be doing that.

So easy to use
I absolutely love this grater. It works on many things potatoes,cheese and vegetables. Very durable easy to clean. Affordably priced. Will definitely buy another just to have it. And it fits perfectly in the cupboards.

Good and sturdy grater.
I had been usig a flat hand held grater which was handy but after a good bit of use the metal started to give a little so was looking for a more sturdy one. This one is, and it holds the contents inside until you are ready to lift it up andlet it spill out. I tend to grate inside of a bowl but because this new grater is so sharp it's easy to get too close to the blade and cut the hand so I would suggest grating on a plate where the is plenty of room for the hand.

Needed it to try making carrot muffins.
I took off the rubber piece on the bottom because the grater is already sturdy and I didn't want carrot getting stuck on the rubber piece. This grater grates carrots smoothly and quickly, resulting in small, consistent pieces that are perfect for my new carrot muffin recipe. It is too big for the dishwasher, but a simple rinse under the faucet gets rid of all the carrot, and it is easy to also wash with dish soap. I leave it to air-dry, and after it dries I put the rubber piece back on to store the grater. I have only used the grater for my carrot muffins, but I am happy with this purchase.

Works great on my massive amount of zucchini this year. Sharp, easy to use and love the rubber bottom for stability while grating

Easy Handling
Works perfectly, easy to grate potatoes etc. The handle on top makes it easy to hold the grater in a stable fashion.

Good large size
Much more sturdy than many I've seen.It's bigger than most.After I bought it I saw them being used on a very popular TV competition show. Says something I think.

A little bit bigger than what I thought, but the quality is superb. Feels robust, grates all sorts fast and just correct. I would highly recommend.
