Gives our Hoover Sweeper longer run time!
We were still using the original Hoover battery. Just needed more filters so in the process I saw the current batteries offered on Amazon had twice the capacity compared to our old battery. The price was right so now we have 2 batteries. We get longer run time but too many variables to say it's twice as long. This second battery was a good investment because when it runs out the old battery lets us finish the job.I didn't take time to see when we bought this Hoover Link sweeper on Amazon but it's been many years ago. By far the best sweeper we have ever owned. Hardly ever use the old heavy corded monster. I suspect Hoover has sold a jillion of these. So far we are very happy with this battery.

does not last long
Purchased this item in February. By May the battery would not charge anymore. You can't return the product or ask for a replacement for the defective battery after a month. Terrible product.

UPDATED Seller provided replacement!
UPDATED I'm grateful the seller provided a replacement at no cost. I'll see how this one holds up. After 7 months, will not charge. Bought a new charger thinking that was the problem, but that didn't work. Battery now dead. Unable to contact seller to request a replacement or refund.

A GREAT BUY!!!
I previously wrote a review on this product and with great humility, I apologize for giving this battery a 1 star review, and for my negative comment. What we discovered is the outlet the battery charger was plugged into, failed secondary to a bad circuit. We didn't realize the issue for quite awhile. It was when we tried to use the same outlet to charge another item, we realized we had a bad circuit in that room. The circuit breaker was replaced, the battery was charged for 24 hours, and this morning I used my old Hoover stick vacuum and was able to vacuum my entire mail level of 2600 SF!!! What a surprise! This is great! Like another review comment: "My old battery operated vac was resurrected!"I also want to comment, that in response to my negative review, I received an email from the manufacturer, offering to resolve my issue. I was negligent to respond and glad I was - it was NOT a manufacturer issue - it was the buyer's (owner's) issue!THANK YOU Calihutt! Keep making these batteries!

They are trying to convince you this is a 4Ah Battery pack. It is not.
Bought this on Black Friday and charged it up. The Battery Pack works just fine but didn't seem to run any longer than our new 2.0Ah OEM Batteries. It also caused the Battery Charger to fault at the end of the charge cycle. I took this pack apart. I clipped the end cell onto my Battery charger and evaluator. I ran the Grading test and the capacity showed 2106 mAh. So these Cells within the Battery pack are 1/2 of the capacity they (and other sellers) are advertising. It's pretty typical for an 18650 Cell to have a 2000 mAh capacity. About the most you will legitimately find with an 18650 Cell is up to 3500 mAh. You can shop for 18650 cells on the Internet from reputable sellers and find this to be true. The most common Ma ratings for 18650's are 2000, 2500, 2600, 2900, 3000, 3400. When this seller said 4000 mAh, I knew it was BS. I wanted to verify what they are really selling. When you buy a Power tool Battery, they are genrally 1.5, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 Ah. This is done by putting the cells in series to create a pack with the correct voltage and then these cell packs are wired in parallel with additional identical packs. So 3 packs in parallel would provide a 6000 mAh pack, or 6Ah battery. I sent this China battery back.
