UPDATED REVIEW (December 2024):Although the bag has held up well, that’s not the case for one of the handles. My son didn’t even make it his first Fall Semester in college before it broke on him. It’s well past the 30 day return date of course and sadly, there’s no way to fix it either because the thin metal broke. I’ve added a couple of pictures at the end of the handle. It’s a plastic piece that seems to be riveted but not really, more like just squeezed. So unless you’re not planning to use the bag constantly or overloading it (like college kids do) then you should be good. Otherwise, maybe get a sturdier one and maybe wheels might help lol.ORIGINAL REVIEW : Bought this (August 2024) for my son starting College this year. It’s perfect! Just big enough for a good size load or 2. Easy to carry down to the laundry rooms. The handles are good, thick and sewn well. I love the waterproof lining inside. It also collapses which is great since most dorm rooms are very limited on space. I do wish there were more color options, black/purple for instance to match his chosen colors (plus purple is his University color Tarleton State University). I meant to take more pictures but got caught up in the move I guess lol. It’s in the far right corner of his dorm room in this picture.

As the title of the review says my bedroom is on the 3rd floor of the building I live in and our shared washing machine and dryer is in the basment. Meaning I have to go down about 3 flights of stairs to do my laundry. It's a nightmare to carry a big heavy basket down so I have switched to laundry bags which I find a lot easier. But laundry bags often just end up loose on the floor in my room, not very chic! Which is why I wanted to find something that would look good at a fixed position in my room (can be used as normal furniture) but also makes carrying my laundry down the whole house a breeze (can be used as a regular laundry bag).This excels at both. Not only is it a fantastic hamper (holds a bit more than your average full basket, sufficient for a large load; holds its shape, looks stylish, won't slouch even when empty) it is also a fantastic laundry bag (easy to carry just flung over your shoulder, comfortable grip, slim design that makes getting through doorways less terrifying!)I am very satisfied by this product and would recommend it to anyone in need of a good hamper, a good laundry bag, or both.

I bought this laundry hamper while me and my husband are staying at my parents house between places, and with a lot of our other stuff that didn’t fit in storage, we live in a pretty tight space. I wanted something that was a good size (we play volleyball or go to the gym every day so we sweat through a lot of clothing) and this fits perfectly! It’s a good height, it fits 3 or 4 loads of laundry, and it’s not too wide, so it also fits in tight spaces! It is made from a canvas type of material, and the inside of it is coated in a material that makes it somewhat water resistant (I haven’t really tested it). The handles have a thick foam around them, so even when it’s heavy, it’s very comfortable to carry, and the handles are large enough to put your arm through and carry it that way. The material is durable, but not super thick, so if it is empty, it can fall over at times, but all in all, it was a great purchase for the price!

Wow!! These are very well made. I honestly wasn't expecting the quality to be of this caliber with the cost being so inexpensive.The fabric is nice and thick. The stitching is securely in place. The fabric has just enough stiffness to it to keep the hamper standing upright. The handles have a nice cushion on them to make it comfortable for carrying the weight of a full hamper with ease.I bought 3 to replace the plastic well known brand name hampers my family has used to the point of the handles ripping apart. I do not foresee that being a problem with these new ones. The new ones hold more than the old ones did too. Huge bonus in my book.If you’re looking at buying new hampers buy these. You will not be disappointed.

The good: the hamper is large and has plenty of room for lots of clothes. The material is fairly sturdy and doesn't seem like it will wear easily.The bad: I honestly do not recommend this hamper. Structurally it has nothing to keep it standing upright or open. It collapses on itself when not totally full and ends up looking bad. The handles rotate as you can see in the picture, so you have to fix that when you go to pick it up. I could see it making sense for a college kid bringing the majority of their wardrobe to their parents' house for washing, but other than that, I don't think it's a great product.

Sturdy. Holds clothes well. Handles almost immediately came loose but they just move back and forth so no loss of function.
