I love this product! We got one for each of our dogs- a lab and a husky. We bought the little bites food in the brand we normally use and it works perfectly. We use these when we go out of town so no one has to come to our home to feed them. Setting the timer was easy after watching the video instructions. There is even an option to record your voice to tell the dogs when it’s time to eat! Highly recommend!

We were going out of town for a few days. Normally we pay someone to feed and water the animals each day.. this time we decided to try out the automatic pet feeder and have no regrets. It works great. It dispenses the correct amount of food at the programmed time. It even records your voice and plays it back to them, calling them, at meal time. My husband covered the top of it to keep it free from the weather and it has held up quite nicely since May. It’s very easily cleaned with water and a cloth. It was a great investment and we are pleased with our purchase.

Simple to set up after watching the recommended video provided in the manual. Although the audio is poor quality for voice recording, it records me whistling very well to alert my pooch who can hear it from upstairs when she’s napping. The noise of the kibble dropping into the dish also creates a loud enough alert even without any audio recording. Opening the lid can be tricky but you get used to it. The clock seems to be getting faster as the days go by, but it’s a minor issue — will just adjust the feeding time by a minute every now and then. Overall, for the price it’s a good value. I do wish they’d offer replacement dishes so I wouldn’t have to wash the same one every day.

Works great the youtube video made set up easy. Love how it has battery back up and the large capacity. Used it for our barn cats and one stray we have that sleeps on our deck. Bought two after the first one worked so well. Update, we had one on our back deck and a racoon decided to tear it apart, I cleaned it up, put the batteries back in and it worked fine, even kept the program that was in it. Great product!

Update 10/5/2024: DO NOT BUY. The company replaced my device, but after 2 months of working perfectly, the new one also appears to be having the same issue of the rubber prongs used to move the food around breaking off and ending up in the pet food, where they constitute major choking hazard. I’ve really tried to love this product, it perfectly fills a major need I have, and the company was nice enough to replace my first one when it was having issues, but when the second one ends up creating the same dangerous situation as the first, I have to conclude it’s the product itself. I would not recommend anyone purchase this product until they address the issue with the prongs, at least if you value the life of your pet.Update 7/2/2024: Being the stubborn person I am I have continued to try and make this thing work for my needs. I finally found a kibble that seems to work more or less consistently (Rachel Ray brand dog food for anyone interested), but now the actual rubber tines that push the food out are breaking off into the food. I've lost two of them so far, one of which my dog ate (and fortunately threw up). This product is moving from being an annoyance to an actual safety hazard in my estimation. From the other reviews, I don't feel like my experience is necessarily representative, maybe I just go one with particularly bad quality control, but this has really been a frustrating product so far.Original Post: When I first got it and the food only came out sporadically I should have returned it, but I saw all of these reviews about the kibble size, so I tried a different food with a smaller size. I thought it had fixed the problem, then came home after being gone with the dog over the weekend and having forgotten to turn it off, and there was less than a single serving's worth of food in the dish. I honestly don't think the issue I'm having is the food size, its that the rotating blade to push the food out is made of the cheapest, softest rubber I've ever seen. I assume this is intended as a safety feature, but it makes the whole thing not work, which defeats the purpose of the devise. Just wish I'd trusted myself and returned it instead of trusting all of these reviews that make it sound like its issues are all user error.

I’ve loved having this product. It takes so much off my plate and lasts 9 days for my 100 lb dog. It’s easy to set up and I love that there is a battery option as well.

My youngest of three large (80lbs) dogs will eat until he is sick, so leaving food out is not an option. We decided to try these dog feeders (bought three of them) while we went out of town for two days. Of course we did three days of trial before we left. The Purina One got stuck, so we tried IAMS puppy food and those also got stuck. So….. I crushed food in food processor and that seemed to work. As we were out of town two of the three machines got hung up☹️ we had to cut our trip short sadly. I believe this machine would be great for cats.

I bought this for my daughter. She has a dog that has a tendency to overeat. This is great because she can set the amount and times that the food drops. Also when I or other friends babysit her dog, she can take this to their house and Mollie, the dog, can stay on her diet and stay on her regular schedule. My daughter uses this all the time!

The media could not be loaded. This automatic kibble dispenser works very well. My cats took to it right away without hesitation. Easy to use and program. I really like that it has the option to plug in and insert battery’s as a back up. This makes me feel more secure about being away from home knowing my kitties will get fed. The reservoir is very large. The bowl is removable so can be cleaned easily. Overall great product!

So far my cats are loving this! and more importantly their oral care cat food doesn't get stuck in the Dispenser. Easy to set up and use. I Like that it will also operate on batteries if the power goes out.

The instruction video on setting the timer and portion size was not easy to follow but eventually I figured it out but I did eventually. It works very well and I've had no problems.

I also have koi and am considering using it for feeding them the medium size pellets when I am away for a few days. Video shows me testing it with fish pellets on the smallest portion setting, but works even better with small pet food for cats or dogs.

I used to rush home to feed my dog it's nice to know that I could be at a restaurant and not to be rushing home and knowing that my dog is still fed I love how it holds so much food in the container I love the fact that you just push a button if you just want to top up the dish I love the fact that this is removable for washing this is a great it's a must to have if your dog doesn't stop eating and you need to have portion controls a cool trick for this is that you could use a battery pack if you don't have a wall socket close by I bought the battery pack it only cost me $45
