These provide cushioning for the heel. They make my shoes fit better as I have narrow heels.

It works, you just have to place it correctly or you’ll be walking funny. The glue was good, didn’t budge at all. It cushions but I still felt a little heel soreness.

Helps relieve the pressure some but not impressive, I work outdoors in sandy environment and really sticks to the cushions.

Helpful but not perfect
These were recommended by my physical therapist to help with plantar fasciitis pain. Like many other reviews I agree the adhesion quality is poor however depending on the shoes I am using they generally stay in place. The cushioning isn’t super thick but enough to help with pain relief to a degree. They are inexpensive for two pair so I found it worthwhile to try. So far so good but I am not 100% sure I would buy them again, but that’s not saying I definitely wouldn’t. My current set is holding up well so I guess time will tell.
